With so many places to go, I won't return here. The food took way too long for takeout. I was placed on hold like nine times and that was after calling like three times. I had to wait like almost an hour and it didn't look like they were busy. We get there and the door is locked even though the restaurants are supposed to be open now. So we called and they brought the food out. We had to pay by credit card. We have paid by credit card over the phone there but they switched it up this time. I sent my 18-year-old son to get the food and pay the bill. A blonde girl, who was a restaurant employee, came out of the restaurant. My window was down. She leaned way inside my car with no mask on!!! Honestly she didn't look like she was very healthy to me. I said yeah can I help you?? And she said yeah you have to give a tip. For takeout? for food that took over an hour and I have to get out of my car to get it and stand at a locked door? I was taking off guard because she was leaning in my car with no mask on like literally deep inside my vehicle. I felt uncomfortable. I gave her a 5. So they can keep my $5. First visit The service was excellent. Friendly and attentive. We even received a rose for Mother’s Day from the 2 servers. Food was great. I forgot to photo the food we were so excited to be out of work and just relax. We enjoyed fried mushrooms, fried ravioli and the Milan pizza with added chicken. All excellent. We definitely are returning and bringing a big group. The bread they brought out first was incredible. Fresh soft Italian bread. Yum! A totally different experience on the second visit. The server was very nice but didn’t take away menus or used dishes. Our table was cluttered. The fried mushrooms were no where near the ones we loved the first time. Hard as rocks and looked like store bought no taste. The bread we raved about was totally different. We waited awhile for our pizza and when asked they said they had a big party order but others were coming in and leaving with their pizza. But we had to wait. The soda bottle was opened previous and flat. The water was horrible. All a totally different experience than the first time that we loved. Unfortunately we will not be returning. The food is very good. Portions are large and ingredients are generous. Side salads are boring. Basically just chunks of lettuce, a couple tomatoes and some very large pieces of green pepper and onion. Nothing particular Appetizing about the salad. Appears to be an afterthought. Also their delivery is not great. We ordered on Christmas Eve that it was to be delivered by 4:00 PM and we received a call at 4:15 pm that it would be delayed Until 4:30 PM. 4:30 PM came and went and finally my son-in-law had to go down to the restaurant and knock on the back door to obtain out food.
