Today was the last straw for me with this location. I recently began ordering from this location through their website. The first few times, everything was fine until the day they got my order wrong, and I actually had to interact with their staff.
Every interaction with the staff at this location is just unpleasant.
I can not have cheese. Most restaurants are cautious when a customer makes a request for certain food items not to be prepared with their order. I expected nothing different from this location.
When i called about the mistake, the woman on the phone acknowledged the mistake and provided me with a credit for another pizza. When I called later to redeem the credit,I spoke with a different woman who acknowledged the credit, and I ordered the same pizza as before, BUT made the correct way.....without cheese.
What I received was a pizza one size bigger with no ingredients apart from tomato sauce and a few jalapeños on one side. A pizza only a sociopath would eat.
I called them without a doubt that they would recognize this as a mistake. The guy on the phone argued with me for quite some time, telling me that was the pizza I ordered previously, even though I told him that I had my order receipt open in front of me stating different. He told me there was someone at my location, with the same name and information, who ordered that pizza exactly when I ordered mine, and they received it.....This was so absurd, I knew speaking with him was a waste of time and it would get nothing resolved.
He told me to call back in the evening when the GM was there after 5 pm. This was the only person who could resolve the issue.....so I waited for hours until the manager came in.
I called and spoke with the GM, who acknowledged the issue and then placed my order for me. I confirmed the ingredients and that the pizza would have NO CHEESE!!!! He agreed and said yes.
When the pizza arrived....the pizza HAD CHEESE on it!!!!!!!
I thought to myself, this order was placed with the manager, and the ingredients were confirmed, and it was still prepared wrong. I called him back and told him my pizza was made WRONG AGAIN!!! He apologized and issued yet another credit for a pizza. ( At this point, I should've just asked for a refund and ordered from somewhere else)
Today, I called to finally get the pizza I have tried to order many times now and was met with another unpleasant team member. The staff seems more interested in being argumentative than resolving issues here. I WAS TOLD AGAIN THAT I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE MANAGER WHO WOULDN'T BE IN UNTIL AFTER 5PM...... She said she saw no credit and in being passively aggressive said that she did prepare my pizza the right way.....as if somehow I had forgotten what I ordered and the fact that I can't have cheese on my pizza. She then brushed me off, saying that she was too busy and just placed me on hold and didn't come back to the phone. I still haven't received the pizza I ordered, and NOW I don't even want the pizza. DEFINITELY NOT FROM THEM.
This was a terrible experience, and I'd rather be refunded and be done with this location completely.
I'd rather contact their corporate office and speak to someone who actually might want to make an ugly experience better and not treat people like trash after they have already suffered poor customer service.
There are too many pizza places in town and in the city of CHICAGO to have to deal with bad attitudes and unprofessionalism like this.

The first time I called tried to place an order it was a lil after 9pm n it took close to 20mins to get anyone on the phone n wen they answered they told me they were no longer delivering n bcuz I don't drive I HAVE to get delivery. I called bac a few days later n was told it wud b two hrs before they cud take anymore orders for delivery n to call bac, but it was after 8pm n two hrs wud b 10pm n last time they said they don't deliver after 9pm but bcuz it was a Friday they said they were open later so I said ok n called bac around 10:30 n nobody answered. The third time I called was Wed Oct11 n was told again that there wud b another two hr wait til they're taking anymore orders for delivery, so at this point I'm upset n ask the guy 'So if I call bac in two hrs somone will answer n take my order for delivery???' N he said 'yes mam', n so I asked him to b sure n gav him my address n made sure that wen I called bac I wud finally get my order n he assured me that they wud take my order n deliver to my house. Well I cudnt wait I called PaPa John's. So today Oct 20, 2017 at 9:12 I called bac to place an order for delivery, besides waiting for damn near 15mins to get anyone on the phone, wen they did answer n asked my address I was told they don't deliver in my area, I'm 3.7miles from the store n was jus told a wk ago that they do deliver to my address, I remember the guy chuckled about me asking twice to b sure, cuz I told him my address again n said 'so wen I call bac u will answer n take my order???' The first delivery was very late but okay, the second order was wrong and cold, the third order was late and burned and the last order never showed up. We placed our order at 5:40pm on Thursday with an estimated delivery being 30-40 minutes. An hour goes by and the tracker still says the pizza is enduring a "quality check." We wait twenty minutes longer to make our first call and we receive, "It's still here at the store but will be out in a few minutes." So again, we wait. Twenty minutes later, the tracker finally says the pizza is out for delivery. It is now 7pm. Thirty five minutes later, still no pizza. So we call and explain we would like to cancel our order for a refund since it has now been two hours. The woman on the phone interrupts my husband and asks him to hold. Husband waits 8 minutes or so, hangs up, calls back. This time, we wait a good three minutes for someone to pick up, quickly say, "please hold," and put us back on hold. Husband hangs up and calls again, this time, someone answers and we explain our situation again to which she explains that the pizza hasn't left the store yet (an hour after telling us otherwise) but offers for us to speak to a manager. Husband agrees then is placed on hold three separate times, with the last ending in someone picking up and hanging up. At this point, I'm on the phone with corporate because this is just ridiculous. Luckily, the woman at corporate was polite and very apologetic. I have never had such a terrible experience with a store and I have no Idea how they stay in business. If you want pizza, please do not waste...
