I’d like to start by saying that I’ve been coming to this establishment for quite a while…even before the buzz online. When my friend and I first visited, the staff was VERY friendly and informative! Didn’t even get all the way inside the door and the guy was throwing an abundance of info at us. We loved it. As time went on…attitudes had changed. The customer service isn’t consistent which throws us off. We never know what to expect when we come in and it’s a running joke, each time we visit. People seem bored or as though we are bothering them. If it wasn’t for my friend, I wouldn’t have returned after the first time I’d felt that type of energy. Mostly from the women but it’s they men too. SMILE and act as though you want to be there. It goes a long way!!
I’d brought my son in for the first time and was embarrassed because the first thing a male staff member said was “You gotta take that mask off”…No “Hello”, “Welcome in” nothing. I found that to be rather rude and so did he. It could’ve been said better. At least speak before barking orders. My son has not and will not return because of that. At least ask if it’s someone’s first time being there…then go from there. Put a sign on the door so that people won’t have to be embarrassed about someone yelling across the store to remove something.
Now…the drinks. They’re not consistent or someone is dosing wrong. My friend and I get the highest dosage…each time. It’s always different. The taste isn’t always the same either. I won’t be back for a while because of this. The drinks are already expensive. We gave up on the treats MONTHS ago because of the chalky taste and thickness of the cookies. The brownie didn’t hit for me but did for my friend. Basically the treats are also not made properly.
In conclusion, please consider working on your customer service. I miss the great energy from our first time visiting. Please work on consistency with the potency AND taste, for drinks and foods.

Read moreI went to this place because everyone has always hyped up how good their drinks were. I went there cute little place, the lady behind the counter was very nice. She explained to me how the drinks were made etc. I saw the sign that said everyone must be have an ID. So I asked her was I able to buy my boyfriend's drink because he was in the car. She explained that he had to come in. Although there was a couple in front of us that ordered three drinks and it was only two of them. Not a problem. We asked her about a few drinks she gave us the most popular. We explained to her that we wanted them very strong. So we both paid for an extra shot. For two drinks our total was $97. We waited until got home to drink them. The drinks were very nasty, and they were not worth the $97 we paid. And neither of us felt anything after drinking them. I am happy to say we tried them because we been wanting to. But we will not be back again. It is a very cute and cozy little place. But it is...
