Wendy's — Restaurant in Thornton Township

Food was decent. I used my T-Mobile Tuesday app for the free Spicy Chicken. It's a B rated chicken sandwich. Just enough spice to it for the taste buds. It's not a Popeyes chicken sandwich but hits the spot.

Had problems with the app but can't blame the store.

I'm old school and still love the baked potato with sour cream. Can't go wrong there. This is my first time back to this location in about 2 years and it's in my town.

Unfortunately, last time I had chili in the afternoon and in my cup of chili was two big pieces of plastic wrapping from maybe the chili packaging and the metal twist closing for a bag. Thank God I didn't hurt my mouth but a poke but the manager wanted to blame it on the morning crew that was new and probably make the mistake of cutting the chili out the bag wrong.

What's wrong with that: it was almost 6pm and please don't tell me that's the same chili from 10am. So I won't get the chili ever again from any location. Just to be on the safe side. 2nd time this has happened at a Wendy's at...

Unbelievable service ... after a long day of moving we went to buy the kids food They took forever ! I saw waiting for 13 min at the drive thru. I finally got my order only to receive the drinks with extra ice when I said no ice . Ok fine I’ll get over it . When I check my order it’s allll wrong . I got around again another 8 min to get my “correct order , I asked for my receipt which was t given to me and they said no one was getting one and if I wanted to I could talk to the manager. I did and she said no receipt because something was wrong with the machine , I tell her my order is all wrong and said we fixed it. No they didn’t ! They gave me the same thing !! The fries were cold and the nuggets hard . There is a reason I choose Wendy’s over bk and McDonald’s and this visit just proved me wrong . I kept seeing the lady at the drive thru on her phone instead of helping her crew and she had a ugly attitude . I was at the merge of tears from frustration and no help. Corporate needs to take a look at...

I apologize for this review in advance. I rarely give this kind of review but I feel it warranted. I have given this restaurant multiple chances to do good.. But it just seems like this particular store is not going to make it.. The food is always cold or greasy or not made quite right. There's always something about the quality of the meal you get that doesn't sit well. The people at the drive-through window are of the average I don't give a darn attitude. Not friendly. No smiles. As you drive through the drive-through, the workers are outside smoking. It just looks so tacky.The lot is a lumpy drive-through with pot holes. The lot just had a dirty look to it. And on top of everything else, we received the wrong order. Even though the business was very lax in customers.. Meaning we were the only ones. It seems like this restaurant never has any business.....
