Subway — Restaurant in Thornton Township

Wish I could give 0 stars!!!! Extremely extremely extremely horrible customer service!! The male that works there is extremely rude and very racist! When I got to the register he told me that they did not accept coupons, I asked why and he threw the sandwich away blurting out something in his language!! (Which I know was offensive towards people of color). He was so ignorant about it that he said to me “OK get out”! He’s even rude to the lady that works there! I had the worst experience I have ever had at any subways I’ve ever been to! I don’t think anyone should ever ever ever go to that location! I would never spend my money there! He’s very rude and ignorant should be shut down! Terrible terrible customer service!!! Please beware of this...

The older man was extremely rude i asked for a few extra veggies and he got irritated with me and took the formula sheet off the glass cover i didn’t appreciate him putting his hands on that and then putting his hands back on my food and he put the formula sheet in my face and told me he won’t give me any extra, Iv never had any issues before when i have asked for extra vegetables in any other subway it made me extremely uncomfortable I won’t be coming back to this location again they have lost me as a customer completely . Worker was very rude and dismissive. I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up he said he canceled my order. I asked why and he pointed to a paper stating they don’t accept online orders or coupons. Well why is there and option on the website accepting online orders if they have a policy against it?
