Ok, I'll start by saying the tacos are just delicious!! Some of the best in town. They have 2 tacos trucks, one in the Thornton area and the other in the reunion area. I watched them grow from one to two trucks and now a restaurant stationed in Thornton. I'm sure they will continue to grow as the tacos are that good. The taco list has been expanded, since I starting going and of course, the burritos are always good. The baracoba is done just right. Moist and juicy with plenty of flavor. Not your average baracoba from the chain restaurants. Sooo much better. The baracoba burrito is also one of my favorites. The burrito is hefty, filled with beans, rice, cheese, and plenty of meat. Also, some sour cream and stuff. Can't remember exactly what's in it, but it's delicious, lol. Burrito is big enough to split with a friend and have a taco or two on the side. I really haven't had anything bad from this place, just good food. Even some good desserts. My go-to tacos are the carnitas, chorizo, adobada, and of course, the baracoba. They do something special with the carnitas. The raspberry sauce is just right and adds a sweet touch. I prefer to have them with no additional sauce. The raspberry sauce is enough flavor, and when you start adding more salsas, it takes away the raspberry flavor. You can do the carnitas without the raspberry sauce if you wish. I've tried it, and they're still really good, and now you can add other salsa. Don't skip on the alambre tacos, either. A mixture of meat this is a real treat. You can't order individual of the alambre and they come in five. Again, there is plenty of food even to share. I love this taco spot and will always keep going here. Do yourself a favor and stop in. You'll...
Read moreLooks like I'm late to the party. Recently found this place while googling new spots to eat. This place is located in a small shopping center across from a few auto shops. When you enter the dining area, it's small and hot. They have a few tables outside. The food billboards offer a few options, but they have a paper menu with more. We ordered the Alambre and Birria tacos and grabbed a table outside. When they let us know our food was ready, I was pleasantly surprised by their plate presentation. They served on cedar planks! Very ingenious. The food was hot and smelled outstanding. Taste was exceptionally good. They only sell glass bottle sodas, no fountain drinks. Pedestrians who walked by kept admiring our choices. The only negative thoughts were that because it's a strip shopping center, cars tend to reverse park and allow their vehicles to sit idling, allowing carbon monoxide fumes to build up along the front of the stores. Do go and like my post if it was a...
Read moreOK, what was initially a seriously great review, has gone downhill. Not sure what to say here I even confirmed with the owner that the Queso Birria tacos were going to be with melted crispy cheese and he said yes absolutely. I even told him I gave him a really great review last time. So I guess I’m not sure what happened.
What I received on re-ordering the exact same Queso-Birria tacos was an undercooked, no cheese melted, flaccid taco that wasn’t very great at all. So I’m taking back my initial great review, because I believe if I could be missed once that means anybody that I recommend would be upset with me for recommending this place if they have inconsistent food..
Originally, I had said that they had some of the best Quesa Birria tacos up north...
