Too many donut shops bake sugar into every inch of their donuts, that's not the case at Sugarbox Donuts. When I try new donut places I always wonder if the donuts will be good. Most people have a shop they know and love and prefer to go to everytime they want donuts. I rarely hear people venturing out to new shops because they don't know if the donuts will be good. Sugarbox Donuts is a great shop to go to when you want donuts that have been made well. I was pleasantly surprised, when I took my first bite, that I could actually taste the dough. The dough was fluffy and light which is a sign of a well made donut. Plus, they are one of the only places around here that does the fun faces on donuts. It's really cool to see a small place around here do that. I would say go and try them for yourself. I don't think you will be disappointed.

This place is realllllly good for a “donut shop. They have a lot more things on their menu other than donuts. I’ve had their fruit smoothies, breakfast sandwiches and lunch items. They are fresh and delicious every time. This time I got the egg and sausage sandwich on a croissant. The croissant is always flakey and fresh and yummy! Love these sandwiches. Definitely recommend. I call ahead and pick up in store.

This is the 4th donut shop we've tried along the western part of California this week and it's the best. The donuts have the perfect texture (the perfect donuts should be slightly chewy--NEVER airy like at Krispie Kreme.. The raspberry filled is great with the jelly not too sweet. My husband, who really doesn't like donuts, asked for another one.

Absolutely terrible shop. Bland, dry donuts every time. Service is 100% the worst I’ve received in town. It’s the one place I tell people to avoid. They consistently get orders wrong and it feels deliberate. There are better options in town that don’t treat you like a nuisance. Oh and then there was the long hair/fiber in my fritter in October 🤢

I feel like there’s a universal truth in business: You can choose to be either rude, expensive, or have bad product. You get a pass for one of these qualities as a small business. Not all three. And every single time.

I’m a nice lady, and I love our local shops. But this is...

Love their blueberry & cream cheese pastry and was going every Saturday morning to get one. Then they stopped having any made. They had the other flavors but not blueberry. This happened 3 or 4 weeks straight so I stopped going there and buy one from a different shop. Not as good, but better than nothing. Update: tried again a couple more times to give them a chance because they were good if they had them, but since they never have any ready it doesn't really matter if they WERE...
