ASIAN GRILL BUFFET — Restaurant in Tiffin

We ordered online. I went in to pick it up 10 minutes later and person at the counter looked confused that I had ordered anything. She picks up a phone says "for sara?" and I reply yes. She says nothing else and walks away to kitchen. Comes back, says nothing, gets on her computer and has conversation with a little girl for 10 minutes. Gets up and goes and gets two containers and gets chicken from buffet. Leaves containers on buffet counter while people are getting their food ( they weren't busy). Walks across the restaurant with egg roll bag on hand like a glove, grabs phone again with other hand. Walks back across restaurant goes into kitchen comes back out. Goes to pop Station grabs lids(our food is still sitting on buffet counter) and goes and puts the lids on our food. Goes to get egg roll and Puts them in the same bag her hand was in! I said something to her about our food being left out on the counter for so long. She stated it's fresh, it just came out of the fryer (It was sitting on the buffet counter for 5 minutes). I didn't even bother mentioning the egg roll bag. We just didn't eat them....

There was lots of food it was all old and tasted disgusting. Horrible value for the money The fish had a bad attitude the fried food tasted like the oil was old and was cold old they didn't explain any of the pricing ahead of time. Even the hibachi was cooked carelessly so that my meat was like eating beef jerky. The drinks are extremely expensive For a family of 4 with 2 children they tried to charge me $52 Blaming the cost of things going up While I normally can eat everything on my plate I couldn't stomach barely finishing anything due to due to the bad taste and my worry that it would make me sick The only thing I was able to completely finish was my Mountain Dew Which cost me $2.50 And this was during the lower lunch prices. Rating is WAY too high for this place lol

This place is eh. It’s like getting back together with an ex. It’s a bad choice, not completely satisfying, you regret ever coming back and yet you know you will because it’s better than your other options at the moment. The food is always hot but that doesn’t mean it’s good food. Most of the time the chicken here (no matter which one you get) will be tough. The noodles are always disappointing. The crab rangoon’s have no crab. It’s just cream cheese. The dumplings are pretty good surprisingly but everything else is mid. The hibachi is about the only thing decent here. Place never feels clean.

It’s weird because I’m always disappointed with the food but I know I’ll be back. Like I know I’m going to be disappointed with myself afterwards but it’s better than the other restaurants we...
