Xcaret Mexican Restaurant, Tiffin — Restaurant in Tiffin

In 2008 our family's business the Medicine Shoppe in Tiffin Ohio was robbed. Our family went through such a terrible time trying to deal with the loss of so much. We have been coming to eat at X Caret for many years now, three times a week, up until now. I recently took paper work and files in with the family to start our portfolio; in which we plan to hand down to the children in our family at your store. I was in deep sorrow when I turned to look at the waitress who was ready to take our order and realized she was the one on the front page of the local news paper as the one who had robbed our family shop here in town, then proceeded to take everyone down that was involved with her. You know for many years and as much money as my family and I have spent, as many good words that have spread throughout among the people we know.... it is sad to say we will NEVER eat there again, nor will anyone that we know. I am very upset they would let such filth, drugged addict, thief work in such an atmosphere. I tried filing reports with better business and I have done everything in my might.... now will come the out side protesting against Angela Wolfe! She is a thief, a liar, a FELON, and somebody that should not be allowed to deal...

Poor service , communication issue with wait staff resulted in incorrect order. Heard table behind ours with the same complaint . Bigger issue for me was the fact that they now charge for using your credit card , sign says " prices listed for cash" and that a percentage will be added for credit card. Not my responsibility to help you swindle the government by not reporting your sales , or trying to get around paying for credit services , besides ive worked the restaurant business and counting cash and going to the bank is a lot of time and money I doubt you save that much by not paying the credit card company that's part of a business and to charge extra for us people that are cashless with phones and cards is kinda ridiculous, why would I go to the bank to take out money when almost everyone else will take a card or better yet give me a code and I can just use my phone ? Bad practice all around. Poor service is an issue that comes and goes and can be corrected but ownership trying to alienate some of their customer base and charge us more can not be tolerated will not be returning to this...

Absolutely love this authentic Mexican restaurant food & atmosphere. Family owned and operated. I appreciate the professional service & terrific hospitality of the owners and staff are friendly and welcoming. They are not a chain restaurant. Which in my opinion gives the Best Quality no matter the day I dine in or order carry out. There is also a very high level towards a "Clean Restaurant", in all areas that I have witnessed. The food is top notch in my opinion. Customer service is extremely prompt if I have ever needed anything. I highly recommend this restaurant for a night out of wonderful food or a cozy night in. They are also open for lunch and have "daily specials". And in my opinion the prices cannot be beat for everything this restaurant provides.
