Threads — Local services in Tiffin

Very friendly and courteous staff and the owner is awesome! I bought several Pandora beads and when I got home 2 of them wouldn't fit, I took them back today and upon checking several others to see if they'd fit, they discovered the threads on my bracelet were defective, I didn't buy my original bracelet there and it was several years ago. Today was the second time visiting said establishment and the owner gave me a new bracelet!!!! How many places do that?? I realize she can probably return it to the company and not be out anything but her time sending it back as defective, I just couldn't believe they did that. ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER THAT WILL DEFINITELY RETURN :) ...
