I've never had a bad experience till today during my lunch at work. Me and another co worker arrived at the drive thru at 12:00p. There were only 2 cars in front of us we paid for our food at 12:17p and was told to pull out front and they will bring us our food. So we sit out front till 12:30 we decide to go in with our receipts and wait at the cash register, Karla asks what we need and we let her know we are still waiting for food meanwhile 3 people have already checked out with food while we still wait. Karla goes over to the girl who is working the window and then girl working the window says that I told them we were out of that food. I'm thinking if that was case we would of got something else. So we tell karla fine replace it. Now its going on 12:45 and we still have no food they forgot about us. We only have 30 minutes for lunch so we ask for our money back and karla says no and throws her arms in the air and walks away. She continues to ignore us. Another employee there goes and gets the manager he tries to give us free drinks which we decline because we already had drinks. We again ask for our money back but he says no as well and asks what I had he then proceeds to say that is out do you want something else when we already said yes to replace it twice. We end up getting our food but no money back and an card for buy a plate and get an entree free. And the one order had maybe one piece of chicken. This is terrible service not even an apology. No discount. No nothing. I would have just liked my money back it's not like the food was even packaged yet. I will not be going again that is not ok. 50 minutes...
Read moreThis isn’t the first time I received old dried out food but it will be the last time!! I came in 2 hrs before closing and was told that they will not be making any more food. There was nothing there to begin with and what was there was dried out. They had no noodles at all!! I asked for several different things and was told they had none. After going through the drive through they had me pull up front. I sat there for 15 min and ended up going in for my food which was sitting in the bag on the counter while the workers talked!! Why I had to wait I don’t know since they had nothing to cook because they refused to cook and there wasn’t anyone in front of me or inside. I will not be returning nor would I ever recommend it to anyone. I gave them chance after chance to be disappointed time and time again. I completely understand why they never have any customers!! Read moreSo very inconsistent. One day it’s ok then next it’s horrible. I like the orange chicken. Sometime s is good other times it’s so smothered in red pepper flakes you can not taste the chicken cause your mouth is burning. Today the orange clhicken was so tough to chew it was like leather and I threw it away. It was hurting my jaw. I have come to realize I always go there hoping for a good day. Then I realize I shouldn’t have to do that it should be consistent after all it’s fast food with same ingredients. I decided today that I get more bad food than good food and will not go there anymore I can find better food for the money I pay there.
