We had a terrible experience on Father's Day! Let's just say that they refused to give my 3 year old an ice cream cone(that they already had made up!) I had enough money... I tried to pay part cash and part on my card but the boy did not know how to do that... So instead of giving my 3 year old the cone with being 14 cents short (which I had, it was just on my card) they threw the ice cream away. I called a few days in a row to talk to the owner. Just over the last 4 months I have been charged 8 different prices for the exact same thing!! Once I was told they couldn't even make something I've gotten several times. Read moreGood ice cream except for when there’s styrofoam in it. Got a Vanilla cone in 30 seconds, then waited 7 minutes for one arctic freeze (their blizzard). Cone melted all over the car by the time the Arctic came out. Asked for hot fudge in the Arctic and paid for it but it’s not in it. It’s a high school job but I worked in school too and from what I’ve saw the problem starts with the people training and usually not the people involved. Hopefully this is an isolated incident and not a common occurrence....
