Since chatting with Pepper or a “team member” is absolutely pointless and the Tiffin Chipotle’s phone is completely automated and makes it impossible to speak to a real person, I will update my review here and hope I will receive some sort of communication in return.
I am absolutely furious at the moment. I had no idea something I love so much, Chipotle, could anger me as bad as I am right now.
I should have walked out the second I saw the short hair, red headed girl was working the line. She has got to be the most rude person I have ever encountered in my life. She is like this EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. TO. EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON.
She literally throws things in your bowl or burrito, doesn’t listen to the portion sizes you ask for, then gets (even more) of an attitude when you ask again for what you originally requested.
I am completely done with Tiffin Chipotle until this situation is remedied. I have been to Tiffin Chipotle several times a week since the store opened years ago.
Chipotle makes me happy, this girl does not, and therefore ruined my entire experience today.
Chipotle, PLEASE do something about her. It is clear she hates her job and does not want to be there.
People are annoying, I 100% get it. I too work in customer service and could never even fathom acting the way this girl does.
Since I am a lifelong patron of Chipotle, I am always prepared when I come in. Not that it is an excuse for her behavior, but it’s not like I am one of those people who stand dumbfounded and unprepared in front of the employee having no idea what they want.
Again, PLEASE remove this employee from your store. It is beyond obvious she doesn’t want to be there.

I have been a proud patron of my local Chipotle for many years. Not only have I been customer, I’ve been a rewards member. In my yearly Chipotle wrapped emails, which I receive for being a rewards member, my total purchases have placed me in top 1% of customers.
This has all come to a screeching halt as I have gotten recent food poisoning from my local restaurant. I’m not sure exactly what ingredient got me sick, but I have reason to suspect it was the steak as I couldn’t stop getting sick until all the steak pieces came out.
I’m certain it was the meal from Chipotle because everything else I had eaten that day was in a group setting with my family, so others would have gotten sick.
I called my local Chipotle and let them know and they had no comment, in fact they said a quick, “Thanks for telling us,” and hung up.
I got a refund for my order going through customer service, but I’ve had to take today off work because I have a fever of over 101 degrees and continuing...

I love Chipolte. The food is fresh, the service is good and the store is clean. When we were there, the Purdue NW Softball team came in. Quite a crowd. The staff handled it so smoothly... it was quite impressive.
I know, I know they had some problems. Get over it, or don't. I'm sure 1 or 2 less meals won't hurt them too much. They are still one of the top restaurants in the USA.
Chipolte offers a lot healthier options than several other Mc-King-Bell restaurants out there, although I do like them also every once in a while. Truly a restaurant that let's me "have it my way", and it's entirely up to me how healthy or not I want to make it.
