Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Tilden Township

Waited a long time for our food. Some customers waited even longer than us. We all watched drive thru after drive thru order completed and us in the dining room waiting and waiting. No sign of management what so ever. 2 boys and girl on food line were carefree little girl was flirting and distracting the two boys rather than them all focused on completing our orders. A boy in the back half of the kitchen area mopped the same spot for over 20 mins. Only kid that was descent was the one who took our order at the front counter. This is not the first time I’ve waited this long for food I’ve waited 45 mins a prior time during lunch in the dining area and 25 minutes in the drive thru another time. Something needs to change in a big big way. Fast food is just that fast food. If we’re gonna lack efficiency and customer service we shouldn’t be paying anyone the wages we do. It’s a said said world in the restaurant business after Covid. No one cares and no one puts any effort or passion into their jobs anymore. We as a nation need to change this before it’s...

I ordered 50 dollars in Long John Silvers food. I asked for all hush puppies as my sides since that is an option. I also asked them to make the order fresh, fish, chicken and shrimp because in the past the items have been cold and tough. They said no problem. My order was presented to me within two minutes. It was not fresh It had 2 hush puppies, Cole slaw, and waffle fries fries were cold. I asked why I was told they would make it fresh you did not do so. They replied everything is fresh!! I even offered to pay more to have them make it fresh. The location in Latrobe, PA were awesome, made it fresh. I visited that location 2 times while in the area. Recently, I was on a Charter going to Cape Cod, MA for a tour, It was getting to be lunch time so we decided to stop at the Long John Silver in Hamburg, PA. (#23691). With just short notice, the manager and staff handled my group of 44 with great ease. In and out we went and back on the road. This store showed great team work and the meal was OUTSTANDIND and hot. I was able to get two names (BOBBIE AND TANYA) that handled my group. Thank you for such great service and I will definitely stop there again when I am in the area.
