DO NOT EAT HERE! My entire experience was horrible. First of all, getting to this place was hard. From the main road, you have to drive all the way behind the other fast food joints to get to the hospital plaza, where you can drive into this tiny parking area. My company and I placed a mobile order, and we usually ask for our drink cups so that we can use the machine, but this place fully prevented us from doing that. The guy at the counter had a horrible attitude and said it was their "policy" that people with mobile orders couldn't make their own drinks even though the person ahead of us just did. We had to specifically ask another employee just so that we could get our drinks (not to mention they were out of their heavily advertised drink: "Mountain Dew Baja Midnight") After waiting 15 minutes in a place with only 1 party ahead of us, we finally got our order. And. The. Food. Was. Bad. Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant, so I was surprised how little meat they put in anything we ordered. The Chalupa, Gordita Crunch, and the two 5-layers all had barely any ingredients in them at all. Saying they put half the filling as a normal Taco Bell is an understatement. Most of my 5-layer was just lukewarm cheese and my Chalupa was less than an inch in width. Oh and it turned out that they later made us two extra drinks by accident, which we didn't need, so they were trashed. When you have so many other fast food choices in the area (McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's, Dunkin'), there is no reason to squander money at this excuse for a restaurant. Even if you love Taco Bell like me, trust me when I say your food will be 10 times better at any of the...
Read moreSo picture this .. we're at the drive thru ready to place an order, but no response. All cars in front of us are now gone. Still no answer. I decided to walk up to the window to find out what's going on. Knock 3x on the window .. the girl is standing with her back turned .. nothing. Another walking around .. no notice there's someone at the window. Finally .. she notices. Mind you, the people behind us are getting angry & yelling (but they don't know that). Their headset died. Ok .. no problem. This girl, though, seems perturbed that I've, what? Disturbed her? So, i tell the people behind us about the headset, so they aren't so angry. We order w/a coupon "2 can dine for $11.99". Sounds pretty simple. Apparently not. Get the food .. 1 full meal & shrimp .. no additional meal (equaling 2 .. like on the coupon). Obviously, the customer is not right at Long John Silver's. Clearly, there are not 2 meals here .. which means we can't use the coupon. We have to be charged for another meal. Again, not $11.99. She was not listening. At. All. Clear out the coupon & try again? Noooo. Such an attitude .. & not a good one. Just to get out of there, we went through with the order .. with no satisfaction whatsoever & spending much more than anticipated. This isn't the first time we've encountered issues at this location. Specifically, this young blonde girl needs to check her attitude at the door & have a refresher course on customer service .. & maybe brush up on those...
Read moreStopped here on a trip with my brother. I had leftovers that I was planning on eating, but he needed dinner. First, the location is hard to get to. We accidentally ended up in Wendy's parking lot, and my brother said he could just get something there. I wish we would have! Since he wanted Taco Bell, I took him there. There were 5 cars in the drive thru that I could see, so we decided to park and he would go inside to save time. There were hardly any cars in the parking lot, and no one in line. I stayed in the car, watched my brother order on the touch screen, and proceeded to wait. Over 20 minutes passed before I went inside and asked to speak to the manager to find out why it was taking so long to make a quesadilla. He explained the wait by saying there was an "unexpected rush," and evidently did not think a 20 minute wait for fast food was enough to warrant offering anything to make us want to return. It was 6:00 pm. Dinnertime. Any rush, which we saw no evidence of, should not have been "unexpected." Needless to say, neither one of us will ever go to this...
