I’m a happy go lucky person so for employees to think that I’m yelling at them when I’m speaking loudly because this is my natural voice is very upsetting !!

it is 8 o’clock in the morning I’m happy that I woke up today I’m blessed beyond means I shouldn’t have to go to a Dunkin’ Donuts to grab some ice cause that’s all I was getting and receive the attitude I received the manager herself came to my window

After I knocked on the window, I witnessed the manager and three employees. Make fun of my happy go lucky voice not only did they talk about me a customer right in front of me which is absolutely unprofessional and absolutely appalling, but she had the nerve to give me an attitude for being Happy ! I’m absolutely positive that this entire establishment is full of miserable people because who talks about their customers right there in front of them like I watched you do it it’s just disgusting that in 2024 even managers who were well over 50 years old have no respect for themselves and other people people I think that that you should find new management because the lady that’s like 7 feet tall with dark hair is not Material she needs to be in the back making donuts with that kind of attitude. Unsatisfied with my experience. I went in with a few friends to get a quick breakfast. Lady at the counter was okay. Took our orders quickly. My food came out in a reasonable time but my friends orders were quickly forgotten about. Many other customers came and left with their orders but we continued to wait patiently. After 15 minutes we questioned where our food was. They insisted that they gave it to us already. After much aggravation they finally made the food that we ordered. Oh wait! There's more. Nope they only made one more person's food. So another few minutes goes by and we had to request the remaining food once again. After about 20 minutes from the time we ordered we got all of our food. All of this would be forgiveable if it weren't for the attitude of the chef insisting that she had already made our food. I can assure you that, if we had our food, we would have left already. We have better things to do than to spend 20 minutes at a Dunkin donuts. The only thing saving this review from being any worse is that the manager did seem to care when she got involved and the counter service wasn't that bad. The food was correct when we finally got it. Unfortunately this experience will prevent me from returning to this location...

YOUR ALL GETTING LIQUID NEVER MELTED SUGAR . On That Note The Staff Is Horrible . Treat Customerz Like Trash Gossip About Them The Moment After The Leave Or While They Place An Order And Complain If They Ask For Services That Aren't Convenient To Them Especially In Drive Thru . Convinced They Are Perfect And Never Make Mistakez On Coffeez Even Tho They Quickly Slap Drinkz Together And Hand Them To Customerz Dripping With Coffee . Barely Date Or Lable Anything . They Just Combine New And Old Products When They Need To Be Refilled So Who Knows How Long Some Stuff That Isn't Used As Much Has Sat There . They Don't Sanitize Their Dishes Either I'm A Former Employee And I Worked There For A Year Out Of Desperation And Not Once Has Anyone Used A Sanitary Packet To Rinse Off Dishes After They've Been Washed Which Is Mandatory In Any Restaurant Really .. The Sugar Dispenserz Never Get Cleaned And Are Several Monthz Past Part And Tube Replacement Which Is Clearly Labled On Side Of Machine . Just Putting This Out There So...
