Hardee's — Restaurant in Timberville

The food was good and fresh. It's made to order so ya know it's fresh when ya get your sandwich. Greasy greasy greasy sandwich tho. The fries were iffy on freshness, but they are really tasty, salty, but I like that so it worked for me. Ok so to the reasons it's not a great rating -- lack of cleanliness I firmly believe that the state of the bathroom is an honest representation of the cleanliness of the kitchen. Had I gone through my normal routine of going to the bathroom before ordering any food, I'd have walked out immediately.

Please read full NEGATIVE reviews!!! Timberville, VA Hardees. I did not give 5 stars as the condiment/drink counter was dirty and there were no napkins. The dining room also needed cleaning. I was surprised it was still dirty from lunch as we were there after 2pm.

Update review 7/30/22: I normally dont give bad reviews. However...I am now. We had supper here after 6pm. This is the 2nd time in a month we have dined here and the dining room is FILTHY. It was worse than the previous visit. It was not busy at all as they only had 5 customers in the dining room during the 40 minutes we were there. We had to clean our own table before sitting down.

I have worked in several restaurants over the years (1 as Asst Mgr for Hardees) and this is the dirtiest dining room I have ever seen in any store for the small amount of business they were doing. I would expect this mess after they served a bus of teens but that is not the case. Every trash can was full to over flowing. The condiment and drink area had drink spills on the counter and floor, and the condiment bins were practically empty (and dirty in the bottom on the containers.) The entire dining room floor was sticky from not being cleaned properly. When I asked to speak to the manager...he didnt come out of his office. I waited a few minutes and we left.

In this time after Covid you would think the managers would take extra care to keep the dining area clean for at least the health of their customers. I chose not to use the bathroom due to the condition of the dining room.

I would give a ZERO rating to this location for lack of cleanliness but that would be unfair to the staff. I gave 2 stars ONLY because the food was good and the counter staff were friendly. It isnt the staffs fault their managers are not following company cleanliness protocol.

We will dine here again and if I see the dining room is not clean...I will be sending pics to their District Manager and headquarters in NC. A picture speaks a...

I regret to say that my recent visits to my local Hardee's for breakfast have been highly disappointing. On multiple occasions, I have ordered dishes such as the Loaded Omelette and Biscuits and Gravy, only to find that they were missing a crucial component - the Hashbrowns.

Despite the fact that Hashbrowns are supposed to be included with these meals, I have consistently been let down by the absence of this item in my orders. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for a meal that is advertised to come with certain items, only to receive an incomplete and unsatisfactory version of it.

What's even more disheartening is the way the manager handled the situation when my mom brought up this issue. Instead of apologizing and rectifying the mistake, the manager actually argued with her. This level of customer service is simply unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole.

As a loyal customer who has frequented Hardee's for some time, I am deeply disappointed by the decline in quality and service that I have experienced recently. I sincerely hope that the management takes steps to address these issues and improve the overall dining experience for all patrons. Until then, I cannot recommend Hardee's for breakfast to others based on my disappointing experiences. Next time I will be...
