The bag says "there's nothing happy about this meal" and boy was that the truth! I went through the drive thru at this location. I ordered two large chilis and received one large and one small instead. I tried to order two sour cream and chive baked potatoes and was told they only had one, at around 7pm on a Friday. I said that was fine. Then was told it would take 5 minutes for it. I said that was fine too. It actually only took about one minute, which was great except they didn't put any butter or sour cream in the bag. Unfortunately I didn't realize any of this until I got home.
The chili was good.
I'm not sure why Wendy's continues to offer sour cream and chive potatoes in northern Colorado, because it seems that they are never available and if they are, they never actually come with sour cream (and sometimes not even chives). I've had this experience multiple times in Windsor as well, so unfortunately this location is also getting the brunt of that irritation. But seriously, the place wasn't busy and there was no reason for the whole (very simple) order to be...
Read moreMy husband and I have been coming to this Wendy's since it first opened. We live just 5 min away, and it was nice to have a new fast food joint coming close to us, especially when you only have two other fast food options. From the beginning, it seemed like there was always something wrong with our orders. It was often like... short one nugget, wrong dipping sauce, wrong flavor of frosty, onion when I asked for without etc. And because it was such a new restaurant, we always have given them the benefit of the doubt. "Surely all the employees are just still getting in the groove of things." Well unfortunately, that just isn't a good enough excuse anymore. Tonight we ordered a bacon double stack and all that was on the bun was meat and cheese... no toppings, no sauce. Yes, these are small things, but these things happen more times than not. It just seems like the employees don't care, and we are constantly...
Read moreI stop here regularly on my lunch break. The local staff are kind courteous and always get my food to me in no time.
Today I walked in and saw a group of staff sitting at the big table (some in wendys uniforms some in business suits) several of the people in suit and tie were NOT wearing masks. When I asked my cashier he told me it was a corporate meeting.
Like what the heck Wendy's? Your suit and tie corporate people too good for the state wide mask mandate? Something just for the common people huh? Hmmm đŹ
I should make myself clear ALL of the uniformed staff behind the counter and at the table had their masks on but some of the corporate staff there today did not. I didn't see food at their table either. To me thats just horrible leadership to choose not to abide by the same rules as those under you. Shame on all of the corporate...
