I order here all the time and the food is usually good, this day i Ordered wings, to my surprise there was hair in the food, I called back to inform the staff I was told to take a picture and send it, which i did, the manager called me and was very rude, there was someone screaming in the background saying "no way, I made that no way" yes way because there was hair in the food. The manager in a very nasty tone said " what is it that you want, you want another order of wing" I said yes, he said well you have to send all 10 wings back, I explained a few were already eaten before we saw the hair, he chuckled, which I didn't find anything funny, but whatever, on top of that he told me my daughter couldn't order from there anymore for whatever the reason, I said no worries ill place the order from now on, he said we'll thank you and rudely hung up, I will not order from there again so sad. What they do is they make a cheese steak on a grill with whatever you want whether it's the fried onions or the mushrooms or the whatever else and all, and then when it's time to put it on the roll, they throw it in a little round metal container. You should eat this cheese steak with a fork (the roll is usually the vessel by which the food is delivered to your mouth hole and the roll isn't involved in this cheese steak). It is notable that I prefer to get pizza steaks with fried onions, mushrooms and red peppers(if they don't have the reds I get the sweets). Pulled up on this place cause it was in the area of our hotel and man, am I glad we did. We had cheesesteaks from another place that was highly recommended that was utterly disappointing earlier in the day so we just wanted to find some pizza since we were hungry.
