Wawa — Restaurant in Tinicum Township

I come to this wawa all the time and never have a problem until yesterday. They give out this little survey card and if you take it you get a free coffee or a beverage so I take the survey and when I went up to get my free coffee I showed the lady the thing that they email you to get your free drink and she was real rude and mad and didn't honor it. this was around 3:10 p.m. August 11th 2017 I forget her name but it was a lady cashier and she was real rude and ignorant now I love coming to this Wawa because everyone is so nice and like I said that's this is the first time I ever had a problem there but she wasn't the boss and she had no say so she should have honored it. I always take the surveys to get because I want to give them a good review and the Lady Mary always hands me they'll serve a card and I always take it for her because she's really nice but when that other lady made me feel the way I did yesterday and not honored it.she made this Wawa get a bad review .so next time she should be really nice because I spend a lot of money in this Wawa everyday or otherwise I'll go to a different Wawa spend my money and give them a...

Employees at this wawa think it's acceptable to yell back and forth from the deli counter to the register to the coffee bar with their private obnoxious conversations. they all have headsets on and are carrying the conversation on both their headsets and through the air.

What ever happened to acting like considerate human beings when you are at work.

Us customers don't want to hear your conversations. We don't want to hear your comments. We don't want to hear what you're doing for the weekend or what you did to previous weekend.

We don't want your conversations being yelled over our heads and in our faces.

This wasn't one or two employees it was 4 or 5.

Where is the manager of this store and why are they not stopping that behavior?
