We've always parked at another lot in the same Essington area, but I hated the tiny, cramped passenger vans that they use to transport you to the airport. It was time for a change, and we were glad we did. Lot was well lit and driver was nice enough to mark the general area we parked when he handed us the business card. Didn't have to wait long at all before the coach arrived, and the driver helped with the luggage. Drop-off at the airport was uneventful. Upon our return, one of their coaches was outside of the terminal before we had even called them, and that was a pleasant surprise because we've had to wait in the past. We told the driver where we were located thanks to the info on the business card, and he asked that we press our unlock button on the alarm key fob so that our vehicle lights flashed, thus making it easier to find it. This driver also helped us with our luggage, which they all do, but his attitude was also pleasant despite being close to Midnight. The woman in the checkout booth was very friendly and engaging, although all we wanted to do was peel out and drive 95 on 95 to FINALLY get home from a long day.    Read morethis was one of two bad experience I had with the same driver on my way to the airport and back, this driver claim he did no see me, after he came into the parking lot, knowing there is someone there waiting on the shuttle, so he came in and stopped, he didn't drive around so I ran to the shuttle, yelling and waving, just to see him drive off, the same thing happened on the way back to the lot, this time he never stopped and a nice couple flagged him down for me. As soon as I got in I said that is your second time doing this, he started yelling that he didn't not see me and I was suppose to wave, this time he said he did see me but I wasn't waving so he didn't stop. He was yelling like he was on something and I noticed there was not a driver's id on the bus identifying who he was or his ID to support he was employed with the company. I called to speak with John and told him what happened; he offered an apology and said the driver has been driving with Colonial Park for a few years and this was his first complaint. However, the red flag of him not having any ID fully displayed on this shuttle warrant an investigation. I did not tell him who I was or the agency I work under. He will find out...

I reserved a parking spot early and online, to ensure that I have a spot. When I got there Monday morning, there were very few open spots and unfortunately, the spot I was instructed to park at was near an electric metal structure, so my car was covered in bird poop, when I got back 3 days later.
The shuttle picked me up at my car, as soon as I parked and grabbed my bag from the car, which I appreciated, as it sped up the time to get me to my terminal - I usually get to the airport an hour before boarding, so I don't have too much spare time built-in. When I got back to PHL, at about 10 pm, I had to download the app to let them know I was back, and by the time I got to the nearest pick-up point, I only had to wait a few minutes before I was picked up. They did drop me off at my car location - each parking spot has an identification that is written on a card, when you first parked.
