Fantastic food but horrible service.

MENU has interesting variety of choices with prices that are not cheap but still worth it. Pick your own salad made fresh to order.

FOOD was very good and fresh. Tried Cuban panini which was good. Salad was very fresh and had great choice of dressings. Although you can’t mix two types of greens and half the topping options were not out front or not available the salad was still good size and taste good.

SERVICE was atrocious!! First I was told you can mix two green than they changed and said you couldn’t. Than they were sold out of carrots and cucumbers two main salad ingredients. Other topping options were not out front they were in the back. Paid an extra $1.50 for avocado and received three very thin slices. The person taking the order was extremely rude and unprofessional. The other three employees were talking in the back and uninterested.

On May 26th, I have made some purchase and total cost was $14.69. When I was at the counter, the system crashed and the cashier said that the charge may not have gone through due to system issue, hence the cashier took the payment as cash from us. After few weeks, when I review the credit card statement, I do see the charge in the credit card statement. Finally, I have been charged twice for single purchase. Now I have been spending my time to get the charges reversed. What a pain!. If the cashier said there will be no charge through cc, the store should have verified at the end of the day all the bank settlements and made sure that those customer during the system down time should not have been charged. If only I could give lower than a 1 star review cause this place was atrocious. The girl making my smoothie kept asking me what I was waiting for as if the receipt wasn’t right in front of her face. Ordered a piña colada and the girl kept putting liquid in it to make it come out of the blender. Pretty sure she just watered it down cause it tasted like nothing at all. Also ordered the caprese panini and they used the end piece of the bread instead of an actual slice of bread. The sandwich was completely over pressed and the sun dried tomatoes were hard as rocks. I guess they put the DRY in sun dried tomatoes. 0/10 would not recommend. Thanks for ruining my Labor...
