Starbucks — Restaurant in Tinton Falls

A very chaotic and disorganised shop, with a collection point for online ordering and in store ordering. The shop was understaffed as they were running 30-45min behind with the orders. The online ordering seemed to take priority over in store ordering as people would come in, order online and wait as opposed to ordering at the till. I had the worst experience here. No one took my order. When I finally got to order, cashier was talking to the barista while taking my order. They kept talking and chatting while making my drink. When my drink was ready, no one informed me it was ready... I kept waiting because I did not know the drink that was left on the counter was mine or someone else's. No one was picking up that drink so I asked if it was mine. No one answered because they were still chatting each other....

Visited this store today! Was greeted by a friendly and attentive girl. The male employee with glasses was rude and ignored me. He made my drink wrong and refused to remake it, at the time it was not busy as I was the only customer besides 2 others. When I alerted the boy of his error he rolled his eyes, groaned, “I made it correctly” and walked away. I was left with an iced chai tea latte with water in it, tasted terrible took two sips and threw it out as the employee...
