Planet Of The Crepes — Restaurant in Tinton Falls

Planet of the Crepe is the best place to get a Crepe in all of NJ! Im at the plaza quite often and I never pass up a chance to get a smores crepe, or a pineapple and banana smoothie! Did I mention that they have their own signature batter for their crepes that you can only experience there? Yeah, that's a thing, and it doesn't dissapoint. Honestly, aside from the many choices of delicious, organic, and healthy crepes /smoothies on their menu, I'm always greeted with a smile and a handshake by any and all employees over there. They're all great people and the smiles that they give off are contagious to say the least. This hole in the wall, or station in a corner, is something that you don't want to pass up, if not to see their crepe making skills in action. Every move is precise and planned out to give you the smoothest display of creating a crepe that you'll ever see. Seriously, give this place a shot and enjoy the delicious and mouthwatering food while you get your shop on. You won't regret it! I sure haven't! It is unfortunate that I have to give this place a one star. The crepes I ordered was delicious but the service was unbelievably terrible. This place is run by young kids with no supervision. At the time of my arrival to planet of the crepes, there were 5 young kids just sitting around talk and on their phones. One young lady however was cleaning. This review received one star because it was very Slow service due to kids just sitting/ standing around as I was waiting to be helped and having the order started, kids on their phones, kids with air pods in their ears, no hand washing (even after using cleaning supplies), girl with long hair not pull back swinging around, poor communication to what was order to the person making the order. The worst food service experience I have ever endured. Run by a bunch of teenagers who do not value their customers. Waited over 30 minutes for my burnt crepe because they were making crepes for their friends who did not pay! When I went up to ask where my crepe was the same girl who took my order did not even remember what my order was and I had to repeat my order. When I asked for the manager they refused to give me any contact information. Avoid this place at all costs $12 for bad food and customer service! Would leave zero...
