Brickhouse myself and the wife found it extremely nice and clean the Decour was pretty cool really did like the idea of having the love seat type of couches for table seating and some of the area of the restaurant itself the bar area had a really cool fire pit area that was like a natural gas type of fire pit looked really cool as far as the food I would have to say it was good but wasn’t great and the portions that you get it we’re extremely small for the amount of money you’re spending per meal service was a bit on the slower side but it was very busy The time that we went to the restaurant I do have to say though the management staff was on their feet and very hands-on to help out the waiters Doodoo the restaurant me and pretty much packed the men’s bathroom is extremely clean but the women’s bathroom was a disaster cording to my wife and that she walked out and we need to go to the bathroom somewhere else suggestion keep an eye your bathrooms. One of the drinks that we did order was sparkling sangria I highly recommend that.. For appetizers we got the wings and the pretzels. The wings were really good I ordered them with the Brickhouse sauce Again I felt a portion was a little bit small I got about eight wings for $12.50.. my wife said the pretzels were really good but the sauces were watered down for a main course I ordered the cuban sandwich it was good but I wouldn’t get it again my wife ordered the cheese steak sandwich it was good but on the bland side and again the portion was small it was smaller than a six-inch sub that you would get from subway We ordered the chicken nuggets kids meal for my son he receives five really small round pieces of chicken and less than a handful of french fries on a plate.. so the reason for a two star review I would really like to give them about 2 1/2 stars but Google does not allow that the service like a said was a little bit slow but the restaurant was busy the women’s bathroom was disgusting the food portion to the price I think you need to rethink that and the food was good but I would never come there for dinner again I would rather just come there with friends for a few drinks and maybe a couple appetizers but even then I’m not so sure because of the price of the food to the portion our waiter was good wasn’t great he really didn’t have a lot of knowledge about the menu items so he wasn’t really able to answer our questions very well. Overall if you want try the restaurant I wouldn’t necessarily have you stay away but do keep in mind the price of the items that you were buying to the portion size and when you do go there as well because the restaurant does...

I travel for work. I come to this area twice a year. I have visited BHT 3 times now. My first time was a less than stellar visit. The host who seated me was polite all three times. My server never smiled, and during the whole visit, it made me feel like I was an inconvenience. She took my order and disappeared. Another staff member brought me my drink and appetizer. That is not unusual for this type of business. A while later, my meal came. While I ate, I could see my server talking with the host or up at the bar. Her body language indicated she wasn't having a good night. At no time did she ever come to check on me. She seemed more interested in talking to other staff while they worked. Every day at work isn't always going to be a good day, I understand that. Once finished with my meal, I had to wait for almost 25 minutes to get my check. Then, after taking my card, it took her almost 15 minutes to return for my signature. I was not impressed. 6 months later, I returned. I saw the same waitress wearing the same aggravated look and was thankful she wasn't my server. Unfortunately, this server, an older woman, wasn't much better. The food was good, and being that I was staying at the Hampton Inn across the street, it was convenient. The service was again slow to a fault. You'd think I wouldn't return. This brings us to last night. Once again, the food was good and convenient. I had actually looked on Google Maps to find someplace else. I read a lot of reviews to see what others may have thought. There were several with similar experiences, but those were 4 months or older. So I decided to chance it. I am glad I did. Bryan was my server. I didn't see either one of my previous servers around. Bryan was attentive and had a positive attitude. He checked up on me often and was a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately, this time, I was the problem. Being the bonehead, I can be from time to time, I left my wallet across the street in my room. I asked for a manager, and expecting pushback, I explained my mistake. He understood and allowed me to leave so I could return with my wallet. When I did, I was met by Bryan with the same positive attitude. Needless to say, I will be returning during my next visit to the area. It was nice to see that they had listened to the reviews and made corrections. I definitely will recommend this...

This was our first visit to this establishment (5/31/25). If I had to sum it up, it would be 'great food but nearly non existent service'. First thing of note was that the hostess who showed us our table just dropped the menus on the table and walked away. About 5 minutes later our server stopped to let us know she would be with us shortly (her attention was barely on us however as she was looking around the room as she spoke to us). She never gave her name. Another 10 minutes later another server (a man) asked us what we wanted to drink. After giving him our order our drinks came about 20 minutes later. In-between that time our original server finally took our food order (once again her attention seem to be on what was going on around the establishment as much as it was on us). We didn't know at the time, but this was the last time we would see her for the remainder of our visit. Our food was delivered to us by the kitchen staff about 15 minutes later (they were obviously on their game). Fortunately, our food was satisfactory as no one ever came back to us to confirm our orders were correct. In fact no one else ever come back to us again for the remainder of the evening. We had some food we wanted to take home with us. Lucky for us the server station was right behind us as we had to grab our own containers from the stack. We waited another 20 minutes to see if we became visible to any of the staff, but again no one stopped to check on us. We finally had to resort to going over to the host station; we asked to talk to a manager. This only resulted in another server handing us our check about 5 minutes later and walking away. Once they saw us putting the cash on the table they came right back. We just placed it on the table and left the building. Not sure if we'll ever come back.
