La Rosa Chicken & Grill Restaurant - Tinton Falls — Restaurant in Tinton Falls

Food was good, chicken sandwich, & Mac and cheese was good but I also got a mashed potatoes asked the guy for gravy he said he put it in the bag already but when I checked he didn’t. But My complaint is for the 3 hispanic (description) workers that worked up front on the date of 11/14/2024. Cashier was deadlocked on his phone as were the other 2, & the main guy who took my order was just rude and nasty and tried to say he gave me gravy when he didn’t. This complaint is for the poor customer service they showed today. My opinion is get rid of those men or have them in the back away from customers cause obviously they don’t know how to deal with them. All 3 of those men were glued to the phone but them tables was also dirty and 3 of the 4 fountains drinks I tried to get were emptied and water down. So obviously there was still more work to be done but yet they were glued to there phones. Please get rid of those 3 men. Next time I visit this place I will take a video of the workers, their actions and the quality of the place for further proof but I hope this gets dealt with the next...

My friend was hungry and stated said let’s go to La Rosa Chicken & Grill. This was my first time visiting this food place. Upon entering I noticed the place was big and very clean. It was not crowded when we went which was on a Sunday around 1:00 PM. We decided to dine in.

What we ordered: I ordered a large Caesar salad with crispy chicken and corn bread. The Caesar dressing was on the side in a small container. The romaine lettuce was fresh, and they did not spare on the parmesan cheese. The crispy chicken was tasty and delicious. Indeed, it was crispy, yum!

My friend ordered chicken breast with 2 sides, mash potatoes and gravy with string beans. A side of rice and corn bread. This is the meal always ordered when he visits. The meal looked delicious although I did not try it. He stated the green beans were fresh and juicy.

Finally a place that can cook without onions or garlic. !!!! We have stomach issues and can not digesting onions or garlic. We have been searching for a restaurant that knows how to cook really good food without having to add garlic or onions to hide a natural taste. It seems as if other restaurants really don't know how to cook because they're always covering their food and recipes with onions and garlic. And yes 99% of restaurants do. La Rosa chicken it's not like your normal restaurant, they have the skill to provide fresh amazing food without hiding the taste with unnecessary additives. I've tried it once and now I'm hooked it does not give me any stomach issues at all and the food is amazing. We will most definitely be ordering from this place once a week so glad I found you guys!
