Someone answer me this? Why would you offer “order ahead” services for 2 sandwiches if you have to wait an hour for them? I am currently sitting here in the store because I was told I had to wait 30-45 minutes for them to make 2 paninis and they would NOT cancel my order. A woman has walked in, ordered 3 sandwiches, has paid and left with them. But my pre-ordered sandwiches which were only fresh mozzarella and broccoli rabe on a panini take an hour? I could see if they were packed but it was empty and they had at least 6 people behind the counter. The way in which Sarah continued to talked to me and the other staff about my order was completely uncalled for.
