Taste of Italy — Restaurant in Tinton Falls

Someone answer me this? Why would you offer “order ahead” services for 2 sandwiches if you have to wait an hour for them? I am currently sitting here in the store because I was told I had to wait 30-45 minutes for them to make 2 paninis and they would NOT cancel my order. A woman has walked in, ordered 3 sandwiches, has paid and left with them. But my pre-ordered sandwiches which were only fresh mozzarella and broccoli rabe on a panini take an hour? I could see if they were packed but it was empty and they had at least 6 people behind the counter. The way in which Sarah continued to talked to me and the other staff about my order was completely uncalled for. While they have so many fantastic foods to choose from, my favorite is their subs. It seems basic, I'm sure, but the quality of the cold cuts (and that they are actually cut PROPERLY) and the bread they use just makes it the best around like what used to be common place before chain places took over. This is a family business that's been serving our community in Tinton Falls for years and has some of the loveliest people...

I just want to make it clear that the sub sandwiches are great but my concerns are that EACH time I get a sub and I only order the same sandwich each time I go there, but depending on who makes my sandwich the PRICE is different it appears that the employees make up their own price to charge you I hope they put up new price menu once they complete the renovation... again the sub sandwiches...
