Tung Hing Kitchen — Restaurant in Tinton Falls

My boyfriend and I have been loyal customers to Tung Hing Kitchen ever since we moved to the Tinton Falls area about 3.5 years ago. We've never had an issue until tonight. After ordering food for delivery online, we waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for our food to arrive! We called the kitchen after about an hour of waiting and were told the driver was on his way. We are literally a 5 minute drive from this place. Thirty minutes later he arrives (at the wrong building no less). It's obvious the driver was NOT on his way at the time of the phone call and they had most likely just started preparing our order then. I just think we should have received an apology or discount for a future order because of the ridiculous wait time. I'm going to have a difficult time supporting this restaurant...

They get NO STARS! Only reason why they are getting 1 is so i can write this review! I ordered the fried dumplings and the pineapple chicken combo. The fried dumplings were all wet and soaked and as soon as i bit into it the meat just flew out. The pineapple chicken was so dry, some of the chicken were good some tasted disgusting. there was no sauce on it and the white rice was so sticky and dry due to the fact their was no sauce on it! i could barely pick any rice up with the fork they gave me and it was tasteless. It was traaaash! And for the amount of money i spent i definitely expected better. So disappointed i want my money back high key ! That’s ridiculous i wish i knew how to post pictures on here because i definitely have pictures before everything...

Tung Hung has been a beloved staple in our household for over 20 years. We grew up enjoying their cuisine, and the combination of delicious food and wonderful staff has made them part of our family. So much so, that whenever I flew home from college, my first stop was Tung Hung, even before going to my own house!
