Arby's — Restaurant in Tipp City

The girl ( young lady )at the drive up window has a genuine, contagious, beautiful smile... She always gives my dog, a dog biscuit.... And is very kind and professional.... Just Because of her kindness and attitude makes me want to return to Tipp City Arby's... I'm sorry I do not remember her name.... I will make a point to find out her name & give another review... So this young lady can get the recognition she deserves....

Regarding the food..... I've had the following: 2 for $6 fish sandwiches, 2 for $6 regular Arby's roast beef, 2 for $7 regular Arby's beef & cheddar..... Jamocha shake, krinkle cut French fries, their 8 ounce Roast Beef, and 8 ounce Beef & cheddar .... everything we have ordered has met & exceeded my expectations..... also the order's were always correct

My family & I recommend the 8 ounce aka 1/2 pound Roast Beef , 8 ounce Beef & Cheddar, Krinkle cut French fries, & Jamocha shakes..... unless you are using a coupon the 8 ounce ( 1/2 pounder ) versions of roast beef are better $ deal.... the krinkle cut French fries stay hot longer , crispy on the outside and soft In the middle....

Please keep up the good work please... it's rare nowadays....

Side note: I wish the Tipp City McDonald's had the same smiles, happy faces, ...

Very hit-or-miss. Some days I go here and get some of the best fast food ever, and other times it’s gross and old….Nothing worse than a slimy-textured beef sandwich, on a soggy bun because the beef has been sitting on the bread for far too long (probably prepared sandwiches early and they sat too long). One thing I appreciate is the fries and mozzarella sticks are almost always fresh! And as I said, if you catch them on a good day the food is amazing hot and fresh. Lastly, the teenage workers ALWAYS look and act completely stoned. Many times, this doesn’t affect my food; other times I have had to ask for my sauce/ketchup/extra items multiple times because they’re not keeping up. There’s something going on with the younger/teenage workers here, the older/adult workers are always great. (And I’m young myself; not discriminating, just pointing out the obvious.) Where to even start !! Yuck 🤮 First impression was ok young girl that took our order was nice . Other than that everything else was horrible!!!! You walk in to see a guy with blue hair stuffing his face in the kitchen not washing his hands handling his phone and then going back to making orders . Then manager comes out of the bathroom with out washing her hands and starts making orders gross ! They got a phone call from an unhappy customer and was making fun of her while I was still standing there waiting on my food . Guy with the blue hair come back up to the front still hasn’t washed his hands and is now drinking a shake behind the registers . Nobody wore gloves or hairnets and my food tasted like it was fried in old oil ! Almost every booth was dirty and we were the only customers in there with 5 people working ! This place is discussing it’s sad because I usually love Arby’s . I will be going to corporate. This is how you get people sick...
