Everytime I order a build your own pasta bowl with Alfredo sauce and cheese, it always gets delivered with chicken. So I order today because I didn't really want to make anything at home, of course, it comes delivered with chicken. Ok...not a big deal, this is the norm. So I call and the "manager" has the audacity to get an attitude with me after HE screwed up my order. Trying to tell me that they only have chicken Alfredo and it automatically comes with chicken. It's pretty bad when the "manager" doesn't understand what the company offers. BUT....not only did he get an attitude with me, the delivery driver (could have been the same person) tried to say I didn't know what I was ordering and I needed to use the Build Your Own Pasta instead of selecting the chicken Alfredo. THIS IS WHAT I DID!!!!!! I've been a vegetarian for over 10 years....do you really think I would order something with chicken in it?! Or that I don't know what I ordered?! I don't know about everyone else but I'll be taking my business elsewhere...

For the last 3-4 mths, it's earned it's 1-star. 5 outta 6 times, the NO GARLIC crust order had to be remade, with one time being remade 3 times while we waited. Tonight...Last straw. Showed up to pick up pizza & was told it would be 2 minutes, only for them to come back to me 5 minutes later & confess my pizza was never made due to mix up...No offer for a free pizza, credit...Nothing! While waiting for the pizza, I was approached and offered $5 off my $7.99 pizza.....Really???? Then I was told my pizza went out with another order & that was the original problem. The manager then offered a $15 credit & after discussing my dissatisfaction with him, he refunded my $7.99. I told him to keep the credit.....Tipp City Domino's has lost...

Me...customer. We ordered pizzas at 6:46pm EST. We were promised our pizza 40-50 min. I get that there can be variations in this time frame just from multiple variables factoring in.
No pizza until 8:10pm. This is 20 min after we expected it, which isn't really the problem. The problem is, that there was no communication into the pizza running late. Your pizza tracker is great on paper, but when there's problems, what can you do to alleviate customer concerns? Maybe text us saying you're running late or email the same thing. SOMETHING. Don't just let us hanging in the dark when the delivery is running late.
