Let me start by saying the food was the bomb. A lil chincy on the beans and rice but the flavor was good. All in all when we were done with our plates and the chips and salsa, we left with full stomachs. I wish I’d seen the bucket with tips for the cooks before we paid. They would’ve gotten the tip for our visit. The service was horrible. This kid didn’t care about what he was doing and it was obvious. Never wrote anything down, didn’t remember half of it. Waited for 20 minute periods before the dude would come back and bring what we asked for. Drinks, refills, chips, you name it. The dude could care less about us. We were an inconvenience. After him avoiding us we would try to get his attention, asked for some chips. Table of 4. Dude rolled his eyes. Comes back later with chips and tosses them on the table in front of me.. I’m never critical about service man. I’m easy going. Seriously. As a career cook I’m more focused on the food. All I want is my drink full, and just give me what i ordered. That’s it. We still tipped this kid 15% which I didn’t feel right doing. But we did cuz it’s the right thing to do. I hope this kid figures out what he’s doin. Or they find someone who’s not just on the clock. The other tables We’re well taken care of. Those ladies worked hard. But since we weren’t in there sections we sat there dealing with this dude as we tried to enjoy a long deserved date night. I would return but next time We will stick...

Understaffed, and the staff they do have has horrible customer service. Went there a few times to get so-so Mexican food. There's nothing really around there. The staff was nice. Went the last time about 6 months ago and my husband and my steak fajitas were so grizzly we couldn't eat it. We mentioned it to the server...didn't eat any of it and finished our margaritas and cashed out. Not only did they not offer a replacement meal while we sat there; they took 2 full meals to the garbage and charged us. Six months later we thought maybe it was a fluke. We ordered take out at 6:30. Waited for a half an hour to be waited on only to drive home to the wrong order. When we called to tell them they told us they were closing and couldn't make it and took down our names. 2 days later we tried to order and they said they would only replace one meal... They ended up hanging up on me. Do not go to this place....

We went in today because the lines at all the food trucks were outrageous. When we walked in I was very concerned because they were slammed, the floors and tables were filthy and there was no toliet paper in the ladies room. Then our server had a few mix ups, my sangiarita [or whtever] was disgusting, she served us the wrong thing, didn't refill our pops and even forgot our appetizer. But once the things were brought to her attention her and I spoke and I knew she was very overwhelmed with the traffic that had been coming in nonstop. She was very friendly, apologized for everything and made a nice to go bag with our appetizer that had been forgotten. Because of her and the amazing food we had I would definitely return. I highly recommend getting the guacamole its amazing!!!
