Welll, I ordered a Titan Turkey with red onions and sweet onions sauce. I got what you see posted below. I went back in to get a "redo" and the tall, stocky guy was slightly rude. He made me feel as tho it was my problem the sandwich was wrong. He stated the Titan is "More meat" and what we see on the billboard is just a suggestion. That is fine, however his delivery was rude. We ordered 11 subs and NONE of them were labeled. The cashiers stated it needs to be requested to be labeled, and that's IF they have time. Blew me back, way back to Cassette days. The Mgr, (a shorter male) made me a new sandwich (after asking if I wanted them to redo it?) And gave me a bag of chips. He was nice enough about it. But the whole experience gets...
Read moreOrdered a couple subs online. Got to the store and they were out of the subs I'd ordered. They tried to make it right and got me two other subs (cheaper subs than I wanted and paid for) and said "come back tomorrow and we'll get you your order". I said ok. Well, tomorrow came and in the background of the phone call, I could hear who I presume to be the manager or owner saying "they got subs last night, we're not giving them two more". Dude, your employees tried to do the customer right and now you're actually wronging the customer because I paid a higher price for the subs that I wanted than what the "comp" are priced at. So now, I got ripped off. Good job!
Embarrassing. Go to Jimmy John's or make the trip to a Jersey MIke's....
Read moreI’m a frequent flyer of this subway as I live down the road.. With absolutely no one in the drive thru or inside, except to be waiting 10-15 minutes still if you chose drive through. They are incredibly slow and the multiple different employees I’ve ran into are usually crabby or unpleasant. The subs aren’t bad, very average for the time you wait..
