Dunkin' — Restaurant in Tiverton

I ordered a bacon and cheese.No egg on a croissant when I opened it.The cheese was still cold and the bacon was crumbled in burnt. I, Also ordered a hash Browns and I saw the sandwich girl Look at the hash browns , and there was only five. So she only gave me five instead of making a fresh batch for me. I was watching from other Side of counter.Then I asked her, "how many hash browns come in an order" and she said 5 .So i said Why did I get five??? I had to have my sandwich made over with fresh bacon that was hot and gave me a fresh order of hash browns. But No "have a good day", "No sorry about wait". Just a lil toss of a bag on counter. Gotta say Jovonni and register was nice and kindly asked her to make over. He was very pleasant and had a welcoming smile and attitude. Thanks for having my order made...

I have been visiting this Dunkin for years. Maybe 20 percent of the time I get either good service, or correct drinks. It's a shame because it's a local Dunkin to this community. I believe management is at fault for hiring bad staff, poor training. Today I witnessed a fight between employees and the managers ignored the situation to calm the employees. Customers waited out the door as we all watched this happen. Also prices were raised recently. My medium coffee is now $3 and I'm appalled because I haven't received anything more for this, service or quality. It's just...

Every time go there, there is always a problem! This morning, after putting in a mobile order, picking it up 10 minutes later, and then waiting 5 inside (ridiculous!). The woman that was making my food, spilt my coffee all over my bag of food and left it!?? I have a brand new truck and want this all over my interior?? So I, with a broken hand and a cast on, took the time and wiping everything down in front of them. Not one person offered to help… this is the last time I go there for business. I’ll make sure my family doesn’t go there...
