KFC — Restaurant in Toledo

I get food from this location about 1 x per month. The door was locked when I arrived at 8:50pm even though the door even though the door says it closes the lobby at 9pm. I then had to make my order through the drive thru. (With a young man)My order was altered during ordering due to the store not having baked beans. I was the only one in line so, I called home to explain the choices after explaining I needed to do so. While I was on the phone I was asked 3 times if my order was complete and I explained my dilemma again. Then I found that I had to change something, a 2nd person (a woman)got on to verify my order and found that the original guy had not removed original items and added something I had asked about. She corrected it and said hold for the new total, then person number 3 (a young boy)got on and said you can move up sweetie) when I got to the window, I wanted my corrected order verified, boy #1 said tell me what you ordered I told him and he said yep, that's right (without looking at the screen)! I asked why the price was the same as original.he handed me drinks while I was getting money out. When I turned around he had the bag of food hanging out the window and said have a good night. I asked if he wanted the money and he said huh? I said I didn't pay, he replied oh, yeah! Laughing. I asked for a receipt and he went to talk to boy #2 and he leaned out the window and said - "Sweetie, we don't have receipt paper right now, why would you need one?, (I was getting very irritated by then) I said I gave my order and changed something and was given a price, then a woman got on and verified and corrected it and didn't tell me the new price. He said oh, she's good, I am sure it is perfectly fine. I said well, the price I was just charged was the original price- he said yep, it is the right price! I got my change and pulled away as boy #1 had his back against the window with his head down. I said I would hide too and a manager would hear from me! The meals were not right when I got home. A 3 pc tender meal had 2 small overcooked tenders and lemonade that was almost all water - (undrinkable ) - I asked there were 3 fresf pot pies and was told "yes" - one pot pie had not 1 pc of chicken, #2 pot pie had a BIG pc of fatty chicken skin and potatoes were mushy like mashed and no gravy and 2 pcs of thin chicken like thigh meat. Pot pie # 3 was not eaten, popcorn chicken was fresh and the potato wedges were good, biscuits were getting hard. I will not be in a hurry to go here again, it is the closest...

Went to this KFC on Monday the 7th and one of the cashiers (David) and a gal didn't get her name. Two weeks ago they did a military discount, and they always havce done a military discount. today they said 'we don't do one'. When they did my order, the guy with the braids slammed my food on the counter, quite rudely. The chicken tenders (#7) was cold, only got 3 and there were supposed to be at least 5. I was supposed to get 2 sides. Got 1. The whole thing was cold. Their staff was really rude. It is true what they say, can dress up the place but can't do anything with the people. Should have started with the staff. I wouldn't recommend this KFC if it was the last KFC on earth. Their food is cold, staf is rude. I'll spend the extra gas and go to Chic-fil-a on Secor. Remodel looks good that is the only reason it got 1 star. The counters where got the pop was dirty. The floors needed mopped. It was just yuk. Disgusting inside. Glad I only got the take out. Wouldn't eat inside of there. Just went to this KFC again on August 16th and at least they're consistent at having their rude people at the front and they're rude people in the dining room so it's kind of weird that last week a bunch of us went over there there was a military discount and they gave us 15% today I'm being argued with by David at the front of the order counter said we don't do that so you are mistaken in a very snippy way also I asked for five pieces of chicken and the mashed potatoes and gravy well I got chicken but it's more like shoe leather and instead of mashed potatoes and gravy I got what might be identified as coleslaw and I got two of those so it looks more like soup with crap floating in it so avoid this location everybody because you're going to get shoe leather and water down soda and basically something that resembles coleslaw which I did not want I wanted mashed potatoes so at least they're consistent and not listening when you're placing an order so stay away from this location y'all go to the other KFC's in the area or do it the easy way and just go to Chick-fil-A over off of secor cuz you'll probably get a...

Sadly with these you can't just give all zeros cause this was by far the worst ever service I've ever had at a KFC and if I was col sanders I'd shut this one down and fire the entire staff. Came in to order with my friend. There was someone ordering on the kiosk. Placed the order got the drink and sat down to hopefully get the food quick..there was another gentleman who ordered after us..the gentleman who had short dirty blonde hair and a scruffy beard took his order..after the first customer got there food I was curious as to the hold up..well little did I know that one car was hard to keep fresh food down. After standing waiting for my food for a good 5-7 mins the gentleman who came in after me and another lady who came in after me got there food. The scruffy bearded guy gave her her drinks and they were wrong and proceded to give her an attitude cause he made a mistake got flustered then knew he did wrong and walked away after giving her two cups..the other gentleman also recieved his food. At this point my friend is furious and she wanted to speak to the manager. So the scruffy bearded kid walked away and another kid with black hair proceeded to give an attitude to her. And the drive thru girl who had no business saying anything proceeded to want to fight with my friend. She was a African American girl with long dreadlocks working the drive thru made some outlandish back and forth banter for no reason. If this is how you run a KFC you might want to find a new staff. I've been in customer service 25 years as a manager I spoke to my customers with a rude attitude like the two men did I'd be written up and punished. As for the girl she would also be reprimanded for giving a customer a attitude and mabye fired for wanting to fight a customer..definatly not how to do business..don't worry I won't be back and I'm sure people who read this if they come here that's on them..I wouldn't and just because food isn't fresh the staff has no respect or wants to fight the...
