Fantastic, authentic, Mexican food. The prices are reasonable, flavors are outstanding, and the people working there are super friendly. Been many times when they were on Woodville Road. Then, one day, it vanished. I was gutted. Then, while driving down Broadway, I saw their sign ( just past Western Ave.). I immediately turned around and went in. Sure enough, they moved. Same people, same food, in a larger building. My family loves it here. This is our go-to Mexican place. This is AUTHENTIC Mexican food. I did not give 5 stars simply because I have not been inside to eat, only picked up food to bring home. However, I had tacos, the burritto, and tamales, my son had a quesadilla. The tacos were good, i had one steak and one chicken. They had onion, and cilantro and i put the green salsa on them. Perfect. Tamales are 12 for $10. And they are very good, again i used the green salsa. The burritto could be split between two people, it is that big. It cost 12.99 and has everything in it. It was good. Another Toledo gem, their tamales are amazing - $10/dozen, savory, moist, perfect texture, not dry at all. The basic tacos are $1 on Tuesdays (specialty like tripa are regular price because no one wants tripa that's been sitting around and isn't crisp - still worth it, and amazing, but know that not all are $1).
