Taco Bell — Restaurant in Toledo

Anytime I order from the Broadway location I’ve had nothing but problems whether it’s in person, pickup or delivery from 3rd party Provider. The whole staff including management is rude and unprofessional. I literally will go out of my way to another Taco Bell location which is 10 minutes the opposite way to avoid this one at all costs because they are THAT terrible. They can’t get any order right, they will accuse you of lying about food you truly did not get. I’ve been cussed out by staff and when I called and talked to a supervisor they offered me $5 off my next order.

Tonight, I placed a door dash order and unfortunately when doing so you can’t decide which location the food is coming from. My order was suppose to arrive around 8:46pm. When I check the app around 9pm it showed a new driver was assigned so I reached out to the driver. They responded that the store either didn’t make the food or gave it to the wrong door dasher. I waited til about 9:20pm and checked the app again. This time it showed another driver was assigned so I texted the number again and didn’t get a response. Several times in the last week, I've been sent there to pick up orders for Door Dash and everytime it's been a terrible experience.First off, the employees are rude and at night, the employees will tell you "theyre not taking orders because their computers are down for the next few hours" no matter what time it is and when you say it's for Door Dash, they suddenly have the order prepared but it's cold and often times, missing items are just flat out don't care about completing orders. They're often outside in the parking lot smoking and hanging out with friends/family in the parking lot from the looks of it.The other day during early afternoon, the doors were locked while the manager(I assume)sat in her car smoking on the phone and the other employees inside goofing off and on their phones ignoring me when I was finally let in.The lobby was absolutely disgusting and looked as if it had a food fight and had not been cleaned in weeks, the staff were unprofessional and childish and playing on their phones. I went through here around 15 minutes ago. I came up with 2 separate orders, understandably a pain at 1AM. My friend and I ordered, very slowly because the guy on headset was playing around with coworkers while taking the orders. I pull up and get my first order, the employee was obviously high. Everything is correct on the first, but the employee wearing the headset then shuts the window and walks away. He comes back and says "You need something?" And I say "Yeah my second order?". He tells me how he forgot then asks me the price of my order, and takes 10 minutes to bring me my food. Then I am missing 3 items and have to go around again. I get up to the window again and wait 10 more minutes then he tries to charge me for the person behind's order. I explain I'm missing items and the manager comes over and says "what you want?" I tell him and wait 5 more minutes to get my food. Then at the end of everything they threw a nacho cheese across the bag. Never again will I go here. Terrible employees with no care...
