Monday January 7th the time on our receipt was 1:07 pm... I sent my boyfriend to this location to get my favorite sub ever the b.m.t, when he arrived home a two minute drive from the plaza my sub was soggy and falling apart... I was disappointed but as a person who has worked for subway for many years I know my sandwiches..... the problem was the sub wasn’t toasted properly.... it wasn’t on the right setting and/or time... my meat wasn’t even like warm it was room temperature... so I decided I would give them a call about getting my sub remade, the girl who answered the phone which I didn’t catch her first name but the last name on her tag was Wright, she handed the phone over to the manager saying “manaaaggerrr” all sarcastically.. I spoke with the manager who never told me her name she told me all her product was fresh everyday, I told her I understand that but could I please have the sub remade because I couldn’t even eat it, it was falling apart and soggy.... she then decided the best way to handle a customer complaint was to hang up on me... now I am an assistant store manager myself and I know my company I work for proudly would never let me handle a customer complaint but hanging up on them? Just so unprofessional and rude of a manager... so since they decided to hang up on me I had to get my neighbor to watch my one and two year old kids so I could return back up to the store and face to face get my sub remade... the assistant manager has no remorse.. not a single we are sorry about that, nothing she was rude to me and wouldn’t even make eye contact.... I asked her if dalena was still store manager and she answered with a nasty “NO!” And her employee thought that was funny for some reason.... I don’t know but like I said I’m an assistant store manager for a very popular Toledo restaurant and this is just unacceptable from a manager I am applaud to say the least! Will not be returning to any of these locations! I will stick with trinity investment!! I have never been disappointed by their product.... this store needs new management and obviously new employees as well. Read moreWe went to this location and the doors were locked. A male came to the door and told us online ordering only. We sat in our car and ordered and got our food. We got home and it wasn’t made right. There was lettuce on all of the phillys we bought and missing the banana peppers. We went back to the store and we explain to the male that the subs were wrong. He said there was supposed to be a tag on the bag which made no sense. They had the store closed and he was trying to avoid remaking our food. We were their only customers before they closed early. This is the second time we have had issues at this location. We were turned away while in line stating their computers were down. They closed the door in our face after he said it was their policy that a tag had to be on the bag.
