Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Toledo

Well….usually I don’t have a problem with this location but as I called to place my order this time there was extremely loud music playing, the employee on the phone could hardly hear but didn’t care to turn the music down I had to repeat my order 3 times and made sure I had him repeat my order. I’m not sure if he just repeated what I said and didn’t put what he repeated back to me but what I ordered was a super special no ham no mushroom, what I got was a LOADED jet 10 pizza. When I called the store to tell them the order was wrong after I specifically had the young man read it back to me I talked to Mike! The manager… very argumentative, very much bringing the place down.. probably shouldn’t be doing drugs at work that’s for sure! It would be nice to see the workers take all of their piercings out and hair nets on if not hats on when making my and others food! Overall had a terrible experience with the manager and communication after the fact of having my order repeated to me and repeating it myself 3 times. Jets pizza as a corporation is being disserviced. The sad part it used to be my favorite place to order pizza...

it's actually good pizza... probably the best, maybe tied Gino's... HOWEVER!!! and this is a big HOWEVER, the only problem is it's outrageously expensive and you rarely get coupons worth using... You have the potential to easily being the BEST in TOLEDO, hands down. best pizza is the square deep dish But plan on dropping a small fortune. overall, just waaaay too overpriced. ... my advice would be have specials on your square pizza and send out coupons for the square pizza. Great pizza and service. The menu and food is just spectacular. The attention to detail that the staff puts in is awesome. My wife is by far not a pizza person. But after she read their menu items she found so many different combinations she could come up with for a pizza. She now looks forward to pizza night. And never worry about your pizza being delivered cold, our pizza shows up hott and looking great every time we order.
