Well the food was good, just as expected for a Marco's Pizza joint. However, I ordered online for carryout, we showed up earlier than the pizza was expected to be done because we planned on just hanging out in the dining area until it was ready that way it would be hot out of the oven when we got it and so we could sit there and enjoy the pizza. Although, upon arrival we regretfully realized that the dining area closed at 6pm. So after walking in the rain, to find all the lobby doors locked, not even able to come inside to get the pizza, we were forced to walk up to the drive thru window. (which is a pretty big safety hazard, especially at night in the rain). I think the staff/mgmt should have been able to make a reasonable decision upon seeing the circumstances and let us come inside to pay for the pizza and carried it out, the online ordering process has an option for drive-up window rather than carryout so therefore if the lobby was going to be closed then the carryout menu should be closed and drive-thru lobby or delivery should be the only options. On a normal sunny summer evening this wouldn't have been as much of an issue but on a cold rainy night in January I think they should have either let us come inside to "carryout" the pizza rather than forcing us to walk up to the drive thru window and then make us wait outside, in the cold and rain. (especially since the pizza was delayed 15min later than the ETA online). Also, I ordered 3 dipping sauces on the side; which means they charged me for 2, since 1 is free, however they did not have one of the sauce's I ordered (hot honey) so i only received 2, but i was still charged for all 3. This should have notified me while ordering that they were "out of stock" with one of the sauce's so that my order could have been corrected, and therefore not charged for something that they were sold out of. Now with all that being said the pizza i ordered was an Original crust (well done) All 3 crust topper's Cheese and extra bacon Overall it was pretty good. Read moreI would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered 2 pizzas at 9:23pm. At 9:38 I got an email saying it was on its way. At 9:46 I got an email saying it was delivered. I called at 9:50 to say I never received the pizzas and they told me to call back in 20 min if I still did not receive the pizzas. I called back at 10:09 and was placed on hold for 25 min. I hung up and called again. When they picked up the phone I was immediately put on hold. I have now been on hold for another 15 min. THEY CLOSE IN 11 MIN!!! I had my boyfriend call from his phone as well and they said "we're not taking anymore orders and immediately hung up. MARCOS HAS OFFICIALLY STOLEN MY MONEY!!!! I will NEVER order from here again!!! To say I'm pissed is beyond an understatement. Now I have to spend God knows how long dealing with this tomorrow. And based off of the rest of the reviews, I feel a class action lawsuit is in order. Anyone else had their money stolen??? Finally got someone on the phone and they told me to call Doordash. What information am I supposed to give Doordash when I did not order from them?! UPDATE: Currently on hold with Doordash. They told me that Marcos canceled the order at 10:38, therefore, Doordash cannot refund my money because it was never picked up by a Doordash driver. Every single time I have to call tell them what's wrong then have to wait another hour to get my correct order cause I get put in line behind other orders that have ordered after me. I have always been respectful and understanding cause mistakes happen but come on it has been every order consistently the last 4 times. This time my order was $40. I did receive the 2 pizzas and bread sticks although my pizza was cold I did not complain about that. What I did call for was my missing salad that was $7. I spoke with the manager Andrew he apologized and said he would get it right out to me..I asked if it would be another hour and he said no..an hour later I called back spoke with him again and said he talked to his driver and he said he gave it to us...I told him no that was the whole reason I called an hour before...he basically called me a liar and said people do this all the time for free food! Are you kidding me!? He then said he would bring me another salad but it would be another hour...so that makes 3 hrs total time for a salad... I told him forget it. He said he would credit my account I told him not to cause I am done ordering from there. I am beyond angry about not only all the previous issues but this one really got to me.. to be called a liar over a salad I paid for and never received really has me heated.
