Netty's — Restaurant in Toledo

Wish I could give no stars. According to their sign the price was $4.75 for a large ice cream in a cup with $1.00 added on for toppings. I got the krunch koat, cherry dip and sprinkles and asked for extra and for everything to be layered and mixed throughout and was being charged $10 so I thought that meant they were actually doing the extra and layering it like I asked. NOPE! Got charged extra (according to the sign they have displayed) and my ice cream was layered in a way so that the toppings were in distinct layers so you could see that the cherry dip was only put on the top and the krunch koat was entirely covering the bottom; caked to itself in a puck under the ice cream. And the sprinkles were only in the center. If I went to Hannah’s soft serve on Reynolds like I normally would I wouldve only been charged $7.50 FOR WAY MORE AND BETTER QUALITY ice cream. Very disappointing Especially since it is a pain to get in and out...

My 2nd time spending my money here and literally kids playing around not paying attention to orders but repeat it back twice and make ppl go back around . Seriously this store needs a manager or supervisor preferably bc lacking and communication is OFF! So mad about both times , hot dog had piles of onions and ppl aren’t paying attention or something bc ppl don’t pay attention !! If this happened regularly!! Bad management, hope Monroe treats me better or Netty ain’t getting me again EVER!...

Husband went today ordered 6 chilli dogs a side of cheese and bag of chips, get home no chilli on any of the dogs, just a hotdog in a bun no sauce , mustard, ketchup nothing, for over $12, wow people we need to do better. 2 years later husband went for Netty's 10/16/24 the sauce was perfect, hotdogs not fully heated and water wasn't drained which caused the bun to be soggy beyond enjoyability. Please remember without satisfied customers businesses...
