Rally's — Restaurant in Toledo

Everytime I go to this Rally's the wait is never less than 15m even if I'm the only one in line. I expect that and this time was no different. However, this time they told to me pull back behind the pole next to the window. I'm used to McDonald's pulling ppl up, but Rally's actually pulled me back away from the window which really made me feel like they were doing something they didn't want me to see. They have never done that before. They don't care how many hours you have to wait for your food you will be right there in that window. That made me a little apprehensive to eat, because I don't know what they were doing. My fries were fresh enough, but my boneless wings were overcooked on the outside and undercooked on the inside.That scares me, because I bought some for my child too and his were BBQ, so couldn't tell if his were half raw and he ate them on the way home before I saw mine. For once the customer service was acceptable, because the young lady remained polite and gave apple pies as compensation. I won't be returning...

Theres two Rally's near me i like this one because their faster at getting your food than any other one ove been two, but that's the only benefit of this one. I love ralllys soft serve and always order some and this particular rallys gives the absolute most pathetic portions of ice cream. I was forced to go to this location because the other ones ice cream was down i ordered two cones in a cup and got barely enough ice cream to fill the cone when I took the cone out of the cup I could see the bottom of the cup I feel like I got maybe two spoonfuls in each of the cones I ordered. Every time I get ice cream from this one this last time in particular I feel like I get ripped off. 7/2024 Went there and bought an vanilla ice cream cone and to my surprise in my opinion, "Bomb". My ice cream was creamy, rich, and cold. Maybe it was just a hot day, but it was worth it. I also tried the Brisket Fries, which were fesh to order, so they were deliscious, I did have to ask for a little bit more meat because it literally had only 3 pieces on it. 2023 The drive-through is quick. The server is always friendly to offer their pie. I always order the $6.00 Rally with cheese and extra pickles. We always order the fries with ketchup and we absolutely love the small banana shakes. The shakes are creamy simi thick and tasty. Don't forget the cup of ice water to wash it all down.
