Subway — Restaurant in Toledo

The criminal they had working at the register was confrontational and made threats when I was picking up my online order. This poor excuse for a man was disrespectful and a self proclaimed criminal. After this loser started with being short and when I excused myself he said I would be standing there waiting for my food till they close, he said he was from Chicago and would assault me if he wasn’t on papers for other charges. One of the women who worked there that gave me my food was a sweat heart and seemed to be fluent in customer service. Although I really wish I would have ordered my food at the hospital instead of this location. They will apparently hire anyone who thinks they can make a sandwich and talk down to paying customers at this location. I was told I was not out of line by two other customers in line, but I will not be coming back. He’s a lowlife who shouldn’t be working at any subway or customer service related job where families and working folks come to pick up food without all the headache I was just subjected to. It’s no wonder they need to serve food behind security glass. I understand why this coward...

This is the worst subway in toledo the halfway make the food I came in at 1PM and they were out of almost every ingredient needed to make my sandwich then told me they not cutting anymore so I could order something from or get nothing they also refused to open anymore bread so I couldn't even get the bread I wanted they refused to make one of the new sandwiches and nachos because it's too much work the 2 African American women always doing that and while they're being rude or ignoring what you want they try to bring you up before you get your food so you can't back out and say nevermind the food cold under cooked and 80 percent of the sandwich is sauce I've been here twice looking for decent subway never again if you in the mood drive an extra 5 minutes and go to another one you will...

Today I went to this location on my lunch break around noon. I got a foot long spicy Italian not toast. I get back to my office and try to eat my sandwich and the bread was so hard it was ripping the skin off the roof of my mouth. I stopped eating and called the store and voiced my concerns. She (The manager) told me to bring the sandwich back I was back on the by that time. She told me to just bring it back after work. I took it back and the girl told me that she could only give a 6 inch because I ate some of the sandwich mind you I haven't eaten all day. So I asked for my money back she said she could only give me half of my money back. So I'm upset at this point be cause you didn't only inconvenienced me once you did it twice. I will never got to this location or recommend...
