Wendy's — Restaurant in Toledo

Girl at the front counter was absolutely mean and most of the employees I saw were wearing headphones/airpods and weren't even being decent human beings to us. When they were ringing up the woman ahead of us, she asked the worker 3 times how her day was going and she gave her a RBF (if you dont know what that is look it up) the entire time and then the girl just kept ordering. At least it was a bit better when it was our turn to order. Worker took out an airpod and did our order pretty fast. Went to find a seat for my family and the tables are pretty small and spread out, and there's only one round table that was extremely dirty and I had to clean it off. Mind you, also the self-serve ketchup dispensers were completely empty. Besides all that though, our food was very good! Hot fries, fresh food, even got an extra nugget in my bag 😊 so...

About 8 people immediately visible behind the counter/in the kitchen. Food was not being produced, but everyone was having a great time! Lots of chatting, dancing, talking, screaming, and laughing, but no chicken nuggets.

Lots of flies around the front counter area. Cashier handling food with bare hands while also handling money. Both ketchup pumps were empty and, oh, covered in bugs.

The best part? The manager was serving food while all his employees did nothing. I got snotty with him about waiting more than 10 minutes and he just shook his head and said "sorry". I'd hate to see what this place was like during the lunch rush with Jeep...

Beyond disappointed!!!! I've been going to this Wendy's since I was a child and this year I've experienced the WORST customer service ever! Recently, they had to make my sandwich twice (first time wasn't fresh, second time it wasn't my sandwich.) I've waited in the drive thru for over 20 mins and the most frustrating part about that was I couldn't even drive around get out of the line. They take a very long time with the orders and it always seems like it's social hour behind the counter. I will never go to this location again and I'm just around the corner. I'll just go to another one next time I crave for Wendy's and THAT...
