Filiberto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Tolleson

The food is good, but this location has perhaps the worst customer service I've ever witnessed. They're not rude or anything. They just seem like they don't even want to be there, and you get the feeling that you're a bother to them. My only experiences have been going through the drive through. As soon as you pull up, it's a very short and unenthusiastic "can I help you". Who even says that at a drive through anyways? You then pull up to the window, and are greeted like you're a bother, and they don't want to deal with you. They take your payment, and close the window. Meanwhile, you're waiting for a good 5 mins or so, without so much as a "we'll get that right out as soon as possible", or apologies for the wait. These people really need some customer service training. If you don't want to be there, go get a job somewhere else. I'm only not giving a 1 star, because they turn out some quality food. They just need to work on their customer service skills. Maybe sales will...

Food is great and very clean at all times, the only thing that i dislike would be the management team. If it was not for the employees I would definitely not be going to this Filibertos!! Besides an employee taking a call in front of "US" the customers of the owner asking who we where instead of waiting for us to leave and call after, it seems as if that is the only thing they are doing watching the cameras. I have been going to this Filibertos for few years and have never dealt with anyone so rude as today. The cashier did not greet nor even tried taking my order as I took a friend food that works there. I was left in front as if i did not exist.Come to find out he is one of the owners, As far as I knew I am still a customer and should be treated as such. If I could give 0 stars I would. Owners should be friendlier than employees, not the other way around.! Miserable experience. . I ended up going to another Filibertos to get my carne asada...

Extremely Disappointing Experience I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment. From the moment I walked in, things went downhill. The place was unclean and had a musty odor that immediately put me off. The service was terrible. The staff seemed disinterested and took forever to attend to anything. It was a struggle to even get their attention, and when I did, their attitude was far from friendly. The food was a letdown as well. It lacked any sort of flavor and appeared to have been hastily thrown together. The presentation was unappealing, and the quality of the ingredients was questionable at best. To make matters worse, the prices were exorbitant for what was served. I felt like I was paying a premium for a subpar experience. Overall, I would strongly advise against visiting this place.
