Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Tolleson

I went 3 times and every order I spent over 30$. I asked for whip cream on my ice cream on all 3 times and I for sum reason always get 1 or 2 ice creams missing that. I also had to repeat my orders like 4times to these ppl and I have no speaking problems lol. And then for my 3rd time I came , it was around noon and nobody in the drive through and 2 cars parked outside, this lady asked me to wait and then apologized for making me wait and then I had to stick my head out the car so she could hear me, and I have a regular no noise car too.. asa I get up to the cashier she was on her phone and I was just sitting there and waiting, so disrespectful, only if that cashier took more time into her work like she does with her makeup etc maybe she would be a good employee. Now I finally get to where I get my food and they hand me my burger and say thank you, um lady I ordered a pbc & b blizzard blended, well let’s just say I got my ice cream with the smallest amount of whip and “NO” bananas in it… I tried calling this unfortunate no good employee at Freddy’s but they have a number that is a 745 area code and is not in service either so I could complain but nope I couldn’t. Swang thru yesterday for my t-mobile Tuesday freebie for the first time at this location. Actually this is my 3rd time going to freddys period as it just didn't leave a lasting impression. It wasn't busy at all so I was hoping that my burger was gonna be fresh. I also have a high standard with smashburgers as my current favs are bad jimmys and js Smashed Burgers! But I will say, the burger that I was served here was done to perfection. It was hot and fresh which is number 1. Number 2, Patties were executed perfectly and had that signature crunchy edges. The staff was friendly and I also acknowledged to them it was amazing. they all smiled and thanked me as I was walking out so I will he coming back (prob today! 😂) again here soon. Great work...

First time to Freddy's. The burgers were okay, mediocre really. No real flavor or pizzaz to them. The cheese looks like it was barely melted on. The tots were okay, greasier than another places famous tots. Even though it promised seasoning it really didn't taste like much. The fries were cold and they're the shoestring type, so not very filling especially when the little box wasn't filled to the top. The custard was a mini size, but nothing special either, the pecans were good and the caramel sauce but for the price of a mini I could have bought some turtles candies if all i loked was the caramel and pecans.
