Burger King — Restaurant in Tomah

This is the slowest Burger King I have ever visited. The dining room was decent with short wait times, but the drive thru is atrocious. Google says “people normally spend 10 minutes here” but every time I have gone through the drive through I have had to wait 20 minutes. Today my husband and I ordered online at 6:55. We got to the restaurant at 7:01. We didn’t get our food until 7:23. There were 4 cars in front of us. We got to the speaker to order (or to say we were picking up an order in this case) and the employee asked us to wait over the intercom. We waited a few minutes and then were able to tell them we were picking up an order. When we got to the window one employee was preparing drinks and otherwise doing her job. The other employee we could see (with the headset on-the one that told us to wait earlier) was supposed to be packing orders. I couldn’t see a name tag but she was blonde and has an eyebrow piercing and glasses. She was on her phone and was laughing at what she was reading on her phone. Basically not doing her job. She finally packed up our orders and I asked if they have curbside pickup. She said no. However, we did see this exact employee deliver food to a van that parked in the lot after we had already spent 10 minutes in the drive through. (15 minutes after we had ordered online.) Seems like they do curbside for people they know but everyone else has to wait. It was disappointing and I’m thoroughly embarrassed for anyone who works at this...

No number listed is for the burger burg in Tomah I wanted to call and let them know what was wrong with my order but could not find a working number. I arrived home with my food, a impossible whopper a bacon king two large fries and a thing of mozzarella sticks and two large cokes. The first issue I have is the drinks taste like they have unfiltered well water or dirty ice in them then the fries were stale as if they were sitting out for a long time but worst the bacon king has a large lump of flour in the bun which was very unpleasant to bite into as well as so much ketchup mustard and mayo that it ran out all sides. As upset as I was at this point I didn't wanna touch anything else but decided to try the mozzarella sticks which were tough and dry. At this point I had become extremely irritated and decided to call them to let them know but they have no working number listed for there tomah Wisconsin location. I have photos of the burger and the flour lump that was inside of the bun and on the other side there was a smaller but still large amount of flour on the bottom bun. I have no complaint however about the impossible whopper. I am still very disappointed and will not be returning to...

Burger King today for lunch today and it was the worst I ever Experience. I order online a double cheeseburger with mayo and there was no mayo on it and the fries with the meal was cold. And then order my kids kids meals . One was a 6 piece nuggets and the nuggets were cold and tasted like they were sitting for 2 hours . French fries were cold . No kid toy in both and they said online that the free meals come with toys . Order a 10 piece nuggets they were cold didnt get the sauce we asked for . Then order a larger Carmel frappe . When we got to the window we got told to pull up didnt even get our drinks at all until the food came . And we always get our drinks when we get to the window.
