Support small local businesses! Friendly staff who go out of their way to remember things about their customers, makes us feel like family! :) We have been patrons of this store for over 15 years, and we love that they are still around! The quality beats a big chain and they are so kind!
Multiple styles of kalaches, large and small of most options: sausage, breakfast sausage, andoui, ham, swiss, american, jalapeños (or not), buns, torpedoes, wrapped, croissant style. Also actual croissants and croissant (breakfast) sandwiches and breakfast burritos. They will even run to the back and assemble a croissant with egg and cheese, no meat, just for me!
Less donut variety than a big chain, but better quality. They do have unusual methods with their filled donuts, which are partially sliced which means more filling edge to edge but more awkward to eat like a jelly sandwich is likely to ooze out the edges. Sooo yummy though! Larger orders get a random bonus of...
Read moreEvery place of business in the world should serve like this. Just to show what kind of service happens here, I went there recently and they had been closed for 5 minutes. They saw me attempt to open the door and they welcomed me in as if they were open. I went to Arlan's grocery store in Waller, TX one day and it was 5 minutes "before" they closed and they wouldn't let me in. This donut place is the best and the donuts are fantastic. They are much better than Shipley's unless you are addicted to sugar, which I'm not. As a matter of fact, I'm a health and fitness guy and don't believe in eating donuts, but I patronize this place because I want to see businesses like this one be successful. They are the standard for how businesses should treat customers. Oh yea, I forgot to agree with an earlier post that said that "they are the nicest people on the planet." They are....
Read moreI bought an iced coffee because I didn't want to drive to Bliss Doughnuts which is 30 mins away from my house. She literally went to the back and poured a Starbucks frap in my cup! Maybe not a disappointment to most.. but if I wanted Starbucks I would've went to them. Furthermore I just went back its 2 mins from my home. Told her I didn't like it.. she told me (the Lady at the counter) that she couldn't refund me. Yet she didn't offer me a replacement either....
Very poor customer service.. And as a certified Chef customer service is what I deal with in my profession. U always should try to keep a customer 🤷🏾♀️ but hey who am I. Also how would I know that I don't like something if I don't taste it. The reason it couldn't be refunded because I drank some of it. Definitely the right location the one in the same strip as the Texaco and...
