⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Visited this location today and had a good experience, less like a quick drink stop and more like stepping into a modern little oasis. Bright, clean, and stylish, it’s the kind of place that invites you to stay and chill for a bit😎. It looks like a great spot to catch up with friends, study, or just take a pause from the day.

Service was great. Alyssa was amazing. She was very helpful, answering my questions and suggesting how to tweak my order so it fit exactly what I wanted. I decided on the Dirty Café Latte with coconut milk and 50% sweetness. It was perfect: smooth coffee flavor, creamy coconut, balanced sweetness, and pearls with that ideal chewy texture. I really appreciated being able to customize it to my taste.

my boyfriend and i saw this place the other day while we were driving down fry and decided to stop by and give it a try, but we were severely disappointed by the quality of the drinks and the non-existent service. i ordered a creme brulee milk tea and it just tasted like tea, no creme brulee and barely even a milk taste. i ordered a taro milk tea for my boyfriend to try and he said it tasted disgusting, probably because it's from taro powder instead of fresh taro; we're filipinos, so we know our taro and ube, and this place's taro was not it. also, the employee that took my order was a typical gen z who looked like they hated their job and was very curt and terse with me; not a single welcome, smile, or thank you. look, i'm gen z too, but i at least use a fake customer service voice at work. definitely not coming back to this...

Wed night was my first time in, my son loves boba and milk tea so we gave it a try. The place is really nice on the inside but what immediately caught my attention was the customer service and the respect with which the guy (I presume the owner) treated the patrons, his team, and the product. I’m a big fan already! We got the caramel milk tea with boba and the crème brûlée drink. My son, an experienced expert at tasting boba teas far and wide, loved his milk tea but when he tasted my crème brûlée drink (I forget the whole name) he didn’t give it back (that’s fair, it was that good).
