Best Donuts — Restaurant in Texas

We come in here at least twice a month, this morning when I went in 8am there was a male and female employee within view. I came in with another person. The male promptly greeted the person I came in with and I waited patiently. The female does not greet me, another person comes in which she instantly greets and begins taking their order although I was there several minutes prior and was waiting. After serving this other customer and she leaves the female then asks the person I came in with if they need help. They say no, but that I do, she still does not acknowledge me and ignores me. I have never seen this particular employee and was shocked at her behavior. I then without her acknowledgement tell her what I want, she gathers my items but still does not even say a word to me. She even was so rude as to hand the items to the person I was with. I do not know what is wrong with that employee nor why she felt she need to behave is such a way to a stranger was acceptable, especially at a place a business. The person I came with commented on her behavior when we had left so it was very clear. I do not think I will return. I did not appreciate it, especially as I make my attempts to be friendly to others. Shame...

I haven’t did a review in so long and I want to put 0 stars. I made an online order which was accepted around 12:30 I made it at 12:50 due to traffic. Soon as I pulled up the little girl at the front ran and locked the door. Another gentleman came looking for his credit he left there earlier. We were left outside for 10 minutes. The older lady came to the door with an attitude. The guy just wanted to see if he left his card and I told her I had an online order and she told me they threw everything out and that I needed to come earlier. The store closes at 1pm not 12:45. My first visit to Best Donuts on Louetta in Spring, Texas was the BEST! I enjoyed the donuts, and the customer service was EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!

I asked if it was ok if I sat there while I waited to go to work. The lady was so very nice! As I sat there waiting for my shift to start, they greeted each customer with good morning, smiles, great conversation with customers.

Today was the first day of school and each family with kids were greeted with a special hello and good wishes for a great first day of school!!!
