2nd Ave Sandwich Shop — Restaurant in Toms River

If I could leave a zero review I would. We asked for something vegan and the two veggie sandwiches they have are premade and so they are somehow unable to remove the cheese. They were also surly in their response to us. I’ll obviously never go back.

Came here on a Saturday morning in July around 10:30am. This spot is casual but provides simple beach vibes. The lady at the register was attentive & answered all dietary questions. The blueberry muffin was delicious; it was perfect amount of blueberry and not too sweet. We ordered the breakfast sandwich with egg, bacon, hash brown, ketchup, salt & pepper and it was made with care. The sandwich looked intentional and tasted great.
